Ira LThe woman at the front desk was lovely and kind. The truck however, was not ready- I had to wait 45 minutes and they had no idea where it was. They claimed it was being cleaned but when I finally got it, it was filthy and smelled horrible

Linda HUnfortunately the issue was primarily not having any individual there to help with the paperwork. Intentionally got there before closing and found it closed. The access within a store to get the key was not the best situation. Area was in a corner and relatively intimidating people around within the store not wanting to help. Finally got through it within this White Plains location but would never want to go through this location again.

Nicole NReturning online for key drop off is maddening. Use a live person for drop off and pick up. The New Rochelle NY location has outstanding customer service compared to white plains but both were good. We rented from both within a weeks time because one van moved South and my other daughter got a truck and moved North. My twins would recommend UHaul
KANETO IFriendly people they figure out the best deal you can get. Definitely go to them again.
HOWARDS FOnly issue was the price of the gas at Shell gas station. I had to return the truck full so naturally I would use the Shell station to fill it . She’ll gas is always too expensive. Otherwise, everything went really well with the rental
WILLIAM ZDJ's was great. They were helpful when I explained my main concern with the van. About 30 minutes into my trip, the tire pressure light lit up on the dashboard. I called Uhaul customer service and they were unhelpful, and tried to send me several miles out of the way to a Uhaul center to have them check the light/tires. I ended up taking the van to a gas station and checking the tire pressure myself, and putting air in the rear left tire (it was a little low). Once I filled the tire, the light remained on for the entirety of my trip. This was an added stressor and I was upset I had to deal with this, wondering if I may get a flat at any moment during the already stressful process of moving. DJ's was helpful in that they took my concerns into account, but I will not be renting from Uhaul again.

FLORENCE DTheir inventory of rentable materials is not accurate. I had to drive to a different location in order to receive my items. This inconvenience set me back nearly one hour.

Sean FWhen I arrived at the drop off, the gas station was open and the attendant had no idea what I was talking about in regards to the van return. After he made a call, he said "ok leave the keys and the guy will be back later." I did the online drop and gave the key to the attendant as there wasn't a drop box and then just hoped for the best.

Edwatd WDrop off was ok, a little confusing as there is no drop box for the keys, but the attendant at the attached gas station took the keys and was helpful. This was not my preferred drop off location, as my primary drop off could not accept additional equipment. Overall, that was okay.

Stuart BI was suppose to have a dolly, but there wasn't one. It was taken off the paperwork, but I was still charged for it. I was given a key by the person behind the desk, but wasn't told which truck was the one I had rented. I had to call the 800 number to get the license plate number to know which one and there were over 6 trucks on the lot and I had to get to the backs to check the license plates and all of them was flush on a wall. I also had problems with the app, so instead of driving off the property at 11:30am. I didn't leave until after 12pm. It was smooth sailing after that, but was seriously frustrated in the beginning.

james cVery perfunctory minimal service. Staff busy and distracted. No one made eye contact the whole time I was there. I felt like I was annoying them.
J dMake sure the truck works properly. When we turned the truck off, it would not restart. We had to call the rental site for assistance in getting it to start again. We did not turn the truck off for the rest of the day in fear that it might not start again.

Jorge MIn online reservation, I had requested a furniture dolly be supplied with the vehicle. We didn't receive a dolly, but we also were not charged for said dolly. That's fine. It was my fault for not checking whether the dolly was in the van before leaving the facility, but please review online requests before checkout

JONATHAN RAttendant didn't speak much English. Didn't know anything about a trailer return. Tight space, no indicated parking, a dump of old trucks and mechanical equipment. This was closest return point for me - A necessity. Otherwise - AVOID THIS PLACE.
rick kMy order was screw up and they charge me TWICE. After I spoke to a customer service rep, they srew up my order again. I would not recommed UHAUL to anyone. If I ever need a moving truck, I would never again use UHAUL. UHAuL should improve costomer service and their online set up
