Angela checked me in with a smile and, at my request, arranged to have all the fluids checked again before my 300-mile trip. Celeste graciously assisted with the other pre-trip checks, while Angel rechecked the fluids and did a thorough under the hood check, even tightening a connection around one of the hoses. Everyone was professional, courteous, and understanding of my concerns about the long drive ahead. Great service all around! A super team!

The app check in and check out experience was not good. It took me over an hour to pick up and drop off the vehicle. The customer service reps I called on the phone were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Cole MThey we so nice and the ladies behind the desk were amazing and we wanted to list 3 drivers but of course we weren’t all at the location but they were able to get us “all aboard” and made things simple and thanks ladies we really appreciated it!!! DJ’s is a small little pick up location but we had no issues at all!! TY!!
