I can't rate the location properly because they do not make the rules, they only follow the instructions given to them by Uhaul but since I must choose one... It was my first time renting a Uhaul vehicle and it was a disaster for us! I found the process tedious, difficult and time consuming (2 hours). I rented a cargo van for commercial purposes with multiples drivers which couldn't be present to pick up as Uhaul requires because they were working. Insurance was required to be paid $210, when we could provide a certificate of insurance from our policy that covers rented vehicle but they wouldn't even look at it or educate themselves on the process. I waited way longer than necessary and because I returned it to be parked at the place 2.25 hours "late", I was charged an additional $139.00. The place is convenient and the price was fair but the process will turn me away from doing it again unless I have no other choice or this process gets simplified.

Give out wrong prices
TAMICKA MLocation was a gas station on a compact sote in a residential area on a blind curve with a traffic light between the entrance and exit. Best suited for smaller trailers and towing vehicles. I had to travel to another state to pick up the trailer only to discover it was not what I ordered. Then I needed to buy a 7-to-4 adapter at Walmart. Mr. Singh was friendly and helpful.
