The location was well-staffed with a knowledgeable representative, but the trailer was not rental-ready. I had to wait for 30 minutes for a wiring harness to arrive.

JENNIE KThe employee we worked with at the location ( name was Sing) was very helpful and friendly. 1. Please have the vehicle ready to go at the promised time. Waiting for 30 minutes for snow removal cuts into our reservation time. 2. When changing the pickup location without discussing, please indicate the reason when and what accommodations were made because of the change so we don’t waste time during the rental period trying to figure that out.
