Check-in and check-out was very easy. The truck battery was dead but immediately the problem was taken care of and I had no problems whatsoever when driving the truck. I highly recommend this location.

My van was not available and I was told to drive 20 minutes away for a 1 way van. I rented a small truck because I was dropped off and didn't have a ride 20 minutes away. I called and filed a complaint and was told a manager would call me,nothing. U haul,never again. No customer service.

24 hour drop off location! Great! Received the final receipt first thing the next morning. Quick, easy and painless.

Cab of the vehicle smelled of urine and was a bit dirty, should of had a serious wipe down after the previous renter. Multiple parts in the cab were worn as well, but I don't think much can be done about that. Original mile rate told was $.99 a mile, but was charged $1.59 a mile instead. The original person I set up the rental with at the place and returned it to was very friendly/helpful, but the guy I picked it up from, seem preoccupied with something else, but was still approachable.

charged me for an extra hour because we were 30 min late. we were only late bc we were supposed to return the uhaul to a location that apparently closed 3 months before. we had to then find this location for the return and were assured we wouldn't be charged. yet we were. luckily customer service was able to help, but it took 41 minutes including wait time to get the refund request submitted. overall, terrible experience, nevermind the issues we had with movinghelp.com.
