I returned blankets/pads separately from the truck. The employee assured me that he would process the refund for the blankets. I asked him for a receipt showing that I actually returned the blankets in case there was a problem processing the refund. He refused and said that a receipt wasn't necessary. I asked again and he said he was too busy to give me a receipt or write something up showing that I returned the blankets. I again asked for a receipt and he again said that he was too busy to give me a receipt and that the system would send me an email when the refund went through in an hour. I'm still waiting on that email, nine hours later.

FRANCIS SWe were told to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas, which was noted on the ticket. It was brought back with 3/4, which was 30.00 dollars. You charged me more gas charges. Also, not sure what was cleaned for a cleaning charge. Other than that, thanks Mark

Always super helpful and if I made an error with a reservation they gave me a call and made sure to make me aware in a friendly and helpful way. HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Natallia GFor pickup, the combo code to get the key out is corroded and it was really hard to read the letters and to turn the dials. It took quite a while for me to get the simple code entered in and get the key out. As far as the equipment goes, the truck was great! But I had prepaid for the moving blankets but was unable to use them as the sealed bag had some sort of water intrusion that appears to have been going on for a while. Through the condensation you could tell the blankets were wet and they smelled even coming from a sealed bag. I was still charged for the bags(since I prepaid) but would appreciate UHaul reimbursing me for those since they were unusable.

mark aLocation is easy to find. Minimal signage makes it difficult to find a door to go in. Apparently a former car dealership, you walk through dark areas as signs direct you to where you check-in. As you approach the darkened sign in desk a motion-activated light turns on. Contract was not explained fully. No mileage limit was mentioned. I returned the rented track one day early, but I was one mile over the alleged limit and was billed for it. Very unsatisfactory.

Terrible customer service-I asked if I could be compensated for this and he was rude and said "no we don't do that." The truck had trash in there from the previous person. I should get money back.

Doug BThe cab could have been dusted. The console was very dusty to the wipe. I was not pleased by being upgraded to a 15-foot truck. We were told that gas mileage was very similar but, that was not my experience while getting only 8 MPG with the bigger truck. We also had too much space and the cargo could not fill the space. There was lots of moving in the cargo and a couple items were damaged. We had some bungee cords but, I suggest if you are going to move someone up to a larger truck, you should provide strapping, ropes or some form of cargo containment. Other than the ramp, everything associated with a larger truck was a huge negative to us.
Mike PThe 4' x 8' cargo trailer we picked up was the cleanest piece of equipment we have ever rented. Doc's Auto Clinic reached out and said the trailer was available earlier than our reservation, and the process to take it off of the lot was handled quickly and professionally.
