I like how you want us to rate the location and not uhaul on the whole. The location where we picked up and dropped off were great. The men we dealt with were kind and apologetic. Dealing with uhaul in general, was horrible. Your app is useless, trying to reach someone in customer service was impossible. I received a total of 6 emails, with 6 different pick up locations the day before pick up. Your website crashing at pick up forcing us to wait over an hour to actually pick up the trailer. And the trailer had no running lights, so we were rushed trying to get the job done during daytime hours. Overall, horrible experience with uhaul. Will not be returning. But the pick up location was good. They were the best part of this mess.

At first there was confusion. We went where uhaul was but confused about the office location. However after we called someone showed up and showed us where to go. Im wondering where we went to pay and ger contract, why you couldn't take uhaul from Barrydowne office.
