During the pick up process, through the U-Haul App it was unavailable to upload the photos of the truck. I had to call the support and wasted a few minutes. After returning the truck to the Docs Hobby Shop on the same day, to the staff in person, my order still shows Active in the App. It looks like your app is not working properly. In additional, the truck's engine warning light was suddenly on when driving. Not a very good experience for me.

great service if there’s an issue it’s fixed fairly quickly i’d suggest this location to other people.
Kyrra BThe truck had an engine light on besides tha5 everything with the truck was good. Location not so good. I received a call from U-haul a couple of days before pickup and asked me if I wouldn't mind switching location from barrydown to the kingsway location and I said ok. When I got the the door the sigh said opens at 10am. Turns out you have to go to the building next door, many obstacles to walk around. I showed up a little early to get the paperwork done before 10am. I had helpers waiting for me at the bin.
