The truck had an engine light on besides tha5 everything with the truck was good. Location not so good. I received a call from U-haul a couple of days before pickup and asked me if I wouldn't mind switching location from barrydown to the kingsway location and I said ok. When I got the the door the sigh said opens at 10am. Turns out you have to go to the building next door, many obstacles to walk around. I showed up a little early to get the paperwork done before 10am. I had helpers waiting for me at the bin.

Derrick JThe staff at Dos were very good. I had a question that was referred to another location (Barrydowne). I tried calling the Barrydowne location more than once and the phone automatically disconnected me. No pickup, nothing. Strange. I was able to get my question answered with the 1-800 number.
