MARK AMy original reservation was at another dealer and when I arrived, they had no equipment. The dealer in Donalsonville saved me by providing the correct equipment and made it possible for me to move cabinetry for my contractor.

ROBERT BThe Donalsonville Hardware location was great. Very professional, clean and safe. Why I ended using them is another story. I needed a truck and a car dolly so the Tallahassee central hub found them for me in Bainbridge, GA. Nope, did not happen. That location had the u-hauls but looked as if no one had been there for years and no a soul to be found. Un-nerving to say the least. The customer service representative I was using apologized and found the vehicle and dolly in Donalsonville GA.

Denise MTruck smelled horribly of marijuana and I had to buy and put a bunch of air fresheners in it. There was an empty pill bottle like from a pharmacy that had marijuana residue in it also that I threw away. Hopefully it was only chocolate smeared on the seat. Gas was empty on pick up. I thought I had 310 miles and was only given 287 so was charged for the extra 25 miles I needed.

gary wThis was the FIFTH location I had to go to for the trailer. My reservation was made about a month before the pick up date, but the selected location did not have the trailer. U-Haul sent me to another location another half hour away and assured me they had the trailer. They did not. That location sent me to two other locations, who also did not have the trailer. After calling U-Haul again, and being on the phone for a half hour, they found one another hour or so further away - now two hours from my home. At least they had the trailer and were very accommodating.

William EWe had to go to a couple locations to find a small car hauler, found one for 39.99 plus tax for 24 hours, but when I went to pay they charged us 143.00, and the drop off location was not open and would not answer their phone, called a couple times the next morning still no answer, called and got the drop off location changed.....except for huge price jump everything else went smooth. Michael MThe ride on this vehicle was real bumpy. Seems the tires are out of balance or something. The speed dial appeared blurred at times during acceleration and deceleration it was so bumpy. The smaller truck I’ve used recently hadn’t this problem.

This location did not carry the additional items requested beyond a dollie and blankets and I wish I had known before I picked up the truck, but that was not their fault as I made the reservation they the 800 number and had to go to another town to get the truck! The pick up location was great!!!
KATHERINE PAlll aspects were great. One suggestion I have is to add steps or a running board to the 15’ trucks. Sure would make entering and exiting much easier and safer!

Robin MFantastic service! This location and staff were friendly and a life saver! After reserving a month in advance, Uhaul called the day before and said they had no truck for us with no alternative. I am very unhappy with Uhaul corporate. However, we found this location an hour away and they could not have been nicer. Helped us get a truck that same day. I would drive an hour just for their great service!

Steven LMy issue is with the original location that was supposed to have the 26-foot truck for me 2142 Dothan Rd, Bainbridge GA 39817. No one was at the location when I arrived at 9:30 am. The truck was sitting in the yard, but no one was in the office. My brother and I knocked and called the phone number and one ever answered. We waited over an hour before call the 1-800 number and after getting the run around and being transferred to 5 people, I was finally connected to scheduling and the only location with a truck that was the size that I needed was Donaldsonville GA which was 23 miles from the original location. I had Moving Help scheduled for 9:30 am also because the original location was closer to the storage unit and the Moving Help was at the storage location on time. I did not get back to Bainbridge from Donalsonville until after 11:30 am, so I lost 2 hours of money because we were late because no one was at the original location. So, I was charged over $200 for the one-way rental in Donalsonville, my move started 2 hours later than originally scheduled, and I had to pay extra to the Moving Help. I still have not received an apology or anything from the original for my inconvenience, my time, extra mileage, and extra money for the Moving Help. Absolutely unacceptable!!
Alphonso Wi paid 42$ to return the gas back to where it was when i picked it up then got charged for more gas 46$ i piked it up on just less then 3/4 tank i will let everyone know
Mitchell SWell, I had made it abundantly clear that I was renting this for my sister's move. I spoke with reps more than once. When they went to drop it off, it did not recognize her device and, because I am a NIGHT NURSE, she was unable to contact me to get authorization code from my phone. In the end, I got the message when I woke up, but they had already left everything there and had to guess the mileage because they had already turned in the key. They made two trips to drop off location because of that.

Bobby CStreamline the check in process. I used the app to check in while someone else went inside the store to rent. They ended up driving away with the truck that the app assigned to me. It took a long time to get this straight. I was not able to finish moving because of this delay.
