i paid 42$ to return the gas back to where it was when i picked it up then got charged for more gas 46$ i piked it up on just less then 3/4 tank i will let everyone knowMitchell S.

Well, I had made it abundantly clear that I was renting this for my sister's move. I spoke with reps more than once. When they went to drop it off, it did not recognize her device and, because I am a NIGHT NURSE, she was unable to contact me to get authorization code from my phone. In the end, I got the message when I woke up, but they had already left everything there and had to guess the mileage because they had already turned in the key. They made two trips to drop off location because of that.Jenny M.

My original reservation was at 2pm at Southern Irrigation in my town- I arrived at 2- door locked, no one answered the phone - called Uhaul 1-800 number representative said the person was coming would be there by 3pm- went back at 3, nobody there again, waited 20 minutes- called 1-800 number again- Pick-up location changed. New pick up location was 10 miles away but they were awesome- worth the 10 minute drive.William S.

Not at the fault of the location, but the upload for drivers license was putting the front of the card on the back and not letting her proceed with rental. We did this several times and I finally went on my quick check in from my phone. I typed in all information and then the associate had to re-type in much of what I had already done. This delayed me over 25 minutes. This was the 3rd problem she had that morning. The associate should know how to handle these problems so that these types of delays do not happen for repeated customers in the same day.Mary Ann P.

The people at Donalsonville hardware were very nice when we picked up our uhaul. However I had also reserved 2 dozen moving blankets, a furniture dolly and a utility dolly. None of these were present and I had to make my own arrangements to get these at another location which was an additional stop I didn't have time for. Additionally, I was supposed to have a 24/7 pickup of my truck but I had two problems when I got there: 1. I was slightly late to pick up the truck and my reservation had been canceled 2. After I got someone on the phone At uhaul hq to fix problem 1, was able to open the locked key box but the truck keys weren't there. I think none of these problems were due to the people at the Donalsonville store, but rather it seems that the online reservation system wasn't correctly communicating with the location. This cost us an entire day we didn't have while we were trying to move. Finally the store pickup location was changed from Bainbridge ga to Donalsonville (about 17 miles away) because the truck and equipment I had reserved online wasn't available. If This change had to be made, I should have been notified about the lack of blanket and dollys - or better yet, instead of me going to a second location why couldn't uhaul get my equipment properly arranged for me when the reservation was made online weeks in advance? I was very disappointed with the uhaul online reservation system communicated with what equipment was at what store.Katie M.

This location was great, easy to deal with. I only wish that we would have had the option to pick up our truck here as well. They had trucks available, but due to U-Haul corporate not being able to accommodate the reservation that I had made and double-checked/confirmed, we were sent to multiple locations to gather our equipment at an already very stressful time. ***THE OTHER LOCATION WE PICKED UP FROM WAS HORRIBLE***. The Seminole Inn in Donalsonville took forever (they were not busy at all, we were the only ones there). We were stuffed into a tiny little room about the size of a telephone booth with no air conditioning, the person processing the rental was not knowledgeable, we specifically refused and did not want blankets, but we had a pile of blankets in the truck, we got a different type dolly than what we reserved and needed.Stephanie H.

The lady at the uhaul drop-off location was extremely polite and helpful. Even though my rental record indicated that I had additional equipment on the contract. The "additional equipment" had to have been the Appliance Hand-truck that I reserved but not available.VOLKER C.
I dropped the truck off expecting the location to be closed but they were open getting ready to close. They close the uhaul part at 5:00 but was willing to check me out. The salesperson did let me know that they stop at 5:00 because if the store is busy they will be unable to do the uhaul part. I did ask them upon entering if they could check me out or I could drop key off. I was willing to leave because I didn't want make them late closing the store.
