The blankets were thrown in unfolded. The dolly was the wrong one so I had to go to a different location to pick one up. The key was on the drop box but the online version wasn't changed to say online pickup, so I couldn't get the lockbox code without calling. I was transferred 2 times and on the phone for over an hour. The total time was close to 2 hours by the time I got in the truck and got the correct dolly and was in the road. Luckily the people on the phone were great to work with.
