I was not informed this was a mobile pick up location. As such, it took me entirely too long to pick up the truck. The picture shown was the wrong truck (thankfully because the truck in the picture had not been cleaned). The store manager at the meat store next to the lot had to call the uhaul manager to get it sorted out. I was hoping to pick up moving supplies but being this was a remote location, there was no office. Because of the time it took, and the fact I had to go to another location to obtain supplies, I had to push back my movers by 2 hours. This made me unable to pick up an arrival at the airport, so I had to pay $50 to Uber them. It was not a good experience, at all.

There was no personnel. The business name for the drop off was Dons meats. When I went into Dons meats, the employees told me good luck with the return. Everyone that returns here has nothing but frustration. They informed me the the U-Haul operator has no affiliation with the dons meats business listed and that he is never onsite. The contact phone number for the return location listed on my U-Haul paperwork was disconnected. I called U-Haul customer service for assistance. The return should be simple. This was not simple. At the end of the online return process, I was informed that I exceeded my allotted miles by 12 miles which was due to the problems U-Haul had in Heber City and the extra driving I had to do to adjust for hauls mistakes. Customers service was no help. I was told to check the box I do not understand or agree with the charges. I was told by doing so I would get a call from U-Haul before the charges will occur. I never got a call and the charge had been applied. I still don’t agree. All around bad experience and I ended up paying for U-Haul mistakes and laziness with my time and money.
