You could provide a grace period if the customer is a few minutes late. Penske does it...in fact, in certain instances, they'll give at least an entire day free. This is why I prefer Penske.Theresa R.
The process at the checkout took 2 to almost 3hours just for the final checkout then when I got the Truck the Cab inside was filthy but I cleaned it and the Back of the Truck of course was Dirty.. The people were super super nice and tried really hard to help me. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service overall. My problem was that they just didn't know what to do. It took me TWO HOURS to pick up a tow dolly. Two hours. It was absolutely ridiculous. The people were trying their best but I don't know if it was the computer or the system or the set up but I couldn't believe that it took that long. Again, the two women were absolutely wonderful as far as attitude and trying their best, I think they just didn't have the training they needed or something.Stacia R.

The trailer was extremely dirty. It was obvious that it had not been used in a very long time and it had dirt and weeds covering the rear end and doors.GARTH G.

I rented a 4 x 8 trailer that was a very old trailer and the rims and undercarage were rusted and I called Uhaul and they upgraded me to a 5 x 8 for the same price. Excellent customer service at Uhaul and also at Don's Sinclair In Salina Utah. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a Uhaul trailer.Jon M.

My rental was due to be returned to this location on a Sunday, and they are closed on Sundays. I spoke to a uhaul representative on the phone before I made my reservation and was told I just needed to return the truck before the store opened on Monday morning. I returned the truck on Sunday evening and now I am being charged $40 for an extra days rental when I could have easily returned the truck on Sunday morning.Brad M.
I first went to a location to pick up my truck. that place was closed. so I had to drive all the way out to salina to get a truck. they had a smaller truck and ended up chaging me more. I should not have had to pay extra for uhaul mistakeMichael C.

Pretty disappointed with u haul they did not have any equipment nearest to me. Had to Drive thirty five mins to pick up the truck. Than another hour to pick up the car dolly. Joe Flynn in Fillmore Utah. Was absolutely no help and was extremely rude had to wait 3 hours there to pick up the dolly. And he wasent there to help. He had to call his mother to come help me. And the dolly was guaranteed to be there. It wasent there they had to drive to go get it. To bring it to me. Joe threatend me and said that he was gonna be a complete ass to me and tell me to pack my shit and go find a different trailer else where when I was guaranteed a car dolly. At one o clock and waited until four pm. Extremely disgusted on how I was treated. And will not Recomend anyone to the Fillmore Utah U haul. - Corban BlackburnCorban B.

Transportation was a nightmare, Christy in particular. I left a message for her boss Brad to call and he has yet to return my call. Even though I made clear to transportation that I did not want to pick up in Loa, that I would take a smaller Uhaul, transportation set the Uhaul up for a Loa pick up just the same.WYATT M.

When I picked the truck up the needs oil change message was on in the truck. Does not give you confidence in the rental. They did not know how much extra a mile overage would be. Was not given enough miles for my trip/Richard D.
I broke my neck to get the truck back to you but I was an hour and 11 minutes over, for which you charged me an extra day. The clerk alleged no flexibility to give me a break. This is very disappointing and I will do my best to avoid your services in the future.Kenneth N.

Did not have any contact at drop off location, I left the keys/contract in the drop off box. I received a distressing e-mail 3 days after leaving the keys that the equipment I returned was lost. I assume this was sent in error because I have heard nothing more. I would appreciate follow up on that to make sure everything is in order.CHARLIE J.

I tried making a reservation online and was not able to due to the uhaul website not working. I then called customer service to make the reservation and the agent didn't even reserve me the correct trailer I had asked to reserve, the trailer we ended up renting was in very poor condition. I would not use uhaul again and I would not recommend you to anyone.Mindy H.

The locations were ok. The overall scheduling and customer service of the U-haul company is HORRIBLE!! Scheduled a truck near my current residence, 2 weeks prior and was notified the night before picking up the truck that I had to drive 1 hour in the wrong direction to pick up a truck and 1 hour back in an empty truck back to my house. ON MY DIME! No discount offered!! Horrible customer service!! I will never rent from U-Haul again and will tell people of my experience. And this isnt the first. Its a joke every time!REN M.
