Your records are so screwed up, night before pick up you sent me to another location (13 x2) miles away and they didn't even have the equipment I reserved. In Butler the lady was rude, additional equipment reserved was not with truck, we had to go to furthest point of property to get Dollie'sâ€¦ and they didn't have the 2 doz moving blankets. You really need running boards on those trucks. I am 5'4 and that drop to the ground is dangerous even holding on to the grab bar. Joyce in the office was excellent to assist me when returning and I could not get the location sharing to work on my phone.Gayle F.

They failed to give the right keys to the assigned truck upon arrival. This also happened to another customer that arrived at the same time as myself. When called, they said â€œdon't worry about which truck is assigned. Just take the truck that matches the keys.â€ Well the contract signed and truck approved are different which leads to contractual issues and further issues if something were to happen to the trucks. Please teach them the importance of accuracy for future customers.Patrick C.
Very poor service. Called ahead to verify trailer was there. Stated yes but only available until 2 P.M since they had a wedding to go to. Arrived, and had someone there to take information but couldn't complete the transaction. Had to wait over a half hour for someone to come and complete it. The lady was very rude and upset. Complained she had to come in on her day off.. poor experience picking up trailer. Then waited over 20 minutes to them to get the trailer ready for hookup.Hunter P.

We went through 4 tow trolleys before we found one that the lights worked on it. The first one blew a fuse on my truck. I think they should have a way to test the lights before a customer hooks up to the dolley. I wasted a lot of time. Don's was great about being helpful just disappointed in the equipment. It was also not wide enough tow dolley for my van so on turns the vender hit the side of my van.Patrick W.

If the exact truck ordered hasn't arrived or isn't going to arrive , then the customer should be notified ahead of time and given options of where to go to get the exact truck. Also a much bigger discount should be given to offset the huge difference in fuel that has to be put into a much larger truck than ordered.GINA R.

We reserserved the truck through the 800 number in an emergency situation. When we got to the location to pick it up ( via a tow truck driver dropping us off) nobody was there. We were left standing in a misty rain with no cover and no place to go. Then some guy shows up and when we said we were there to get a truck he told us to wait a minute he had to go unlock a car. He then go into his truck and drove off leaving us still standing outuin the crappy weather. When he came back about 10 mins later he said someone else was coming in to help us. He then drove away again and left us there. When the woman showed up she was in pajamas. When we got the truck the odometer had 40 miles more on the truck than the paperwork. She said she would make note of it, but at the end when it was time to pay for the miles she never removed the extra miles. Someone at the 800 number fixed that for me. I got charged twice for my rental. My original rental was not available so I had to go to another location. I was supposed to receive $50 credit. So I was charged an additional $200 for a second rental and never got my $50 credit.Allison W.

I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up my reservation only to find out my truck I had reserved was no longer available and had to get a different truck. The utility dollies I had paid for never came with the truck so I lost twenty dollars right there. I was traveling from Missiouri to Michigan with my disabled mother so everything was dependant on me. Never again.Kim M.
