Bought an appliance dolly and it was never put on. Also never refunded for that. Apparently there’s are no ramps on these trucks as well. So many issues with getting started before able to start moving. Location was easy to find however when I went to return the keys to them they closed early without any heads up. Called the number and it rang inside where it was dark and closed so no idea where to put keys until I found someone in a building next door to do it for me. Also would like to point out how the price just jumps. Advertises a $19 to rent however with NOTHING added my bill is over $90.. good way to make moving a heck of a lot more stressful.

We had to move our property we had stored there to another storage company. Our unit was infested with mice and insects. Brought it to the attention of the owners they told us it was basically our fault. That we had food in there and we didn't. All we had was personal property qnd some furniture. After moving the property to another we discovered it was infested with mice and insects.we contacted them again to see what they were going to do about it and they informed us they weren't responsible. So we lost about $2600 worth of furniture and personal property due to the neglect of the upkeep of the storage units. I wouldn't recommend this company to a homeless person!!

The floor in the vehicle was pretty clean in both front and back...no trash or debris found. However other parts of the vehicle were dirty. Soda was spilled in the vehicle on the cup holders and sticky. There was sticky stuff on the steering wheel. The handle to pull yourself up into the vehicle was dirty. There was mud smeared on the driver's side door. I had to wipe everything down in the cab.

The blankets we received were wet and some were muddy and had mildew on them. Of the blankets we didn’t use more than half and some we had to use that were wet. The office did not have the option to pick up the key remotely and we had to go into the office (where no one had on masks) and get the key from someone. The truck also had mud in it when we got it. I’m moving in the next 12-18 months and I’m not sure if I will use U-Haul again.

Went to two locations in Henderson ky, both locations were no longer u haul representatives. It was a mess ! The lady that I called was really nice and so was the guy at the one in Indiana.

Reservations were made and it was even confirmed but when I got to the pick up location they didn’t have the correct dolly and I had to drive across town to get it. I thought that making a reservation they would have everything ready, but I guess not.

Your computers need updated to show locations other than your major stores I was quite a bit disappointed to find out I could have returned this trailer literally a mile and a half away from my house instead of traveling 10 miles to where they told me to return it

We did have a little leak in the trailer during the heavy rain but that wasn't a problem for us. Very helpful staff and they did everything as planned.

Make sure the tank is full. When I pick the truck up the man told me that it was full and when I got in the truck it was not full I had to spend my extra money and fill the truck up. And please make sure the trucks are clean before y'all rent them out.

Placed my reservation 3 weeks in advance. I got a call the day before that I will have to drive 45 mins to a different location to get it, I said fine. The reservation was for 1 pm, the uhaul didn't arrive till 6 pm when the location closes. The guys there were great and stayed over to make sure I got what I need. Fix your system.

The rate I was quoted with my online reservation was not the rate I was charge. I made several phone calls to correct the price and never received satisfaction. U-Haul will not be my first choice in the future

Rough part of town. Trailer was dirty but seemed well-maintained older trailer. Dealer offered to clean but I needed to get on the road. No hookup adapters. I had to go to autozone for light adapter.

Have more than one vehicle available just in case the one reserved is not returned in time. The tires were not properly checked. If so, they would have noticed a gash in the tire. I noticed in 200 miles from Kentucky. Glad it didn't blow out.

U Haul showed me a picture of a truck with a rear lift on it, the truck I got only had a pull out ramp on it. U haul should at least warn customers that the truck they are wanting is not necessarily the one they are going to get.

I am upset, I was charged an extra 1.50 for some nonsense and I returned the truck with extra gas. 3/8 when picked up and had 7/8th upon return.

he was open on Saturdays and that is great!. The other u-haul businesses require you to rent on Friday and turn in on Monday. I only needed the truck for one day. Thanks Don and Rick I appreciate your help and I will continue to lease from Don's wrecker service

This "facility" is a auto garage. You wouldn't even know it was a U-Haul partner if it wasn't for the other trailers parked on the lot. I got there on a Saturday (as scheduled) and the management had already left for the day leaving only a couple bodywork men to speak with. They gave me the manager's phone number, which I called to notify them that the trailer was dropped off, and left a voicemail since no one answered. I eventually got a text message letting me know that the drop off was confirmed. In my opinion, a little more effort could be made at this location to represent their affiliation with U-Haul. I have used and will probably use U-Haul again, I simply wouldn't even think of using this location again.

Don's Wrecker & Storage is a car service bone yard. Croweded with cars and junk. Office entrance not marked, difficult to find. Of the two gentlemen behind the counter the first person (Don the owner, I think) just gave me a blank stare without greeting me or repsonding to my question "Uhaul drop off?" The second gentleman at another counter acknowledged my presense and was somewhat cordial. Had I known more about this location I would not have dropped off my uhaul truck here. I do not recommend this location.
