I got frustrated by getting wrong information about the location that it was supposed to be open at pickup time but sadly it was closed and no one answering their phone

Robin OBought an appliance dolly and it was never put on. Also never refunded for that. Apparently there’s are no ramps on these trucks as well. So many issues with getting started before able to start moving. Location was easy to find however when I went to return the keys to them they closed early without any heads up. Called the number and it rang inside where it was dark and closed so no idea where to put keys until I found someone in a building next door to do it for me. Also would like to point out how the price just jumps. Advertises a $19 to rent however with NOTHING added my bill is over $90.. good way to make moving a heck of a lot more stressful.
Allison WThe floor in the vehicle was pretty clean in both front and back...no trash or debris found. However other parts of the vehicle were dirty. Soda was spilled in the vehicle on the cup holders and sticky. There was sticky stuff on the steering wheel. The handle to pull yourself up into the vehicle was dirty. There was mud smeared on the driver's side door. I had to wipe everything down in the cab.
