chris A.The problem I had was with Customer service by phone they where rude and due to the fact we turned in the uhaul at a location that was in a couple of towns from us they threaten to charge us triple and the uhaul was turned in on saturday not Monday due to work issues we where unable to keep it till monday The location in Fowler did everything to help us and the customer service on the phone just threatened us with extra charges if it wasn't for the people at the location I would never use uhaul again. The location where we lived in Lajunta closed on saturday at noon and we where trying to return at 1230 but had to go to Fowler. What upset me the most all they had to do was to change the drop off location before they did it They did nothing but be hateful and threaten us,

chuck L.There was no dolly when we picked up the van even though we had ordered one. We had to call UHaul to report this and they said they wrote it down but we were charged for the nonexistent dolly rental. The lighting was poor and it was hard to see the truck numbers in the dark. There were also no clear instructions as to where to return equipment other than on the other side of the lot on a tiny note taped to the door.

Benny F.Got to the location to find a note on the door saying he had knee replacement surgery and to call because he doesn't work every day. I called and he wasn't coming in until the next day so he told me to just park it and he would take care of it the next day. I was concerned about this. He called the next day because the trailer number on the contract didn't match the trailer number on the trailer I dropped off. (see note on pick up location) He told me that he would fix it but the entire situation was from start to finish did not leave me confident.

verley V.Brothers Auto body & Glass lied to me on there location and sent me to Double D. He was to lazy to take the trailer and by luck Double D was open when I arrived.
