Don was super! He was very helpful and took good care of us during our move. He was always available and even stayed late for us.

The place stank of animals and it was hot due to what I assume is repitiles being kept in the premises. A not so well manered gentleman took care of me and although I paid an assistance fee, he made me do it because he couldn't bend over. I understand that part, I respect whatever handicap he may have, but he was rude about it and wanted me to hurry up due to a storm coming. Anyway, i hope not to come back there again.

GOOGLE DIRECTIONS ON YOUR WEB SITE DO NOT GET YOU TO THIS ACTUAL LOCATION. it took 1/2 hr and a stop in another U-Haul to get directions. Double D does not answer the phone. Staffed by one very old person that could hardly walk/move, and he did not give any direction as to where to leave the trailer.

Ratchet for the wheel straps need to be oiled for smooth operation. I think this is typical for all locations.

Charged me an extra day when I brought the tow dolly back within hours of renting it. Now I have to wait up to a week to receive money back to my account, very unfortunate, and a hassle.

the drop off process was unexpectedly different. We were told in Indiana that we could drop off in any location. That turned out to not be true. We were turned away. The place we finally ended up at was a bit scary, but all turned out fine in the end.

HORRIBLE!!! The place is unprofessional and the guy running the place is no help. Took almost 30min just for us to get checked in. Not to mention the fact about the billing situation. He did not want to check me in because it was raining and he had "turned off" his computer (first red flag). He said he would email me the invoice the next day (Sunday). Come today, (Monday) I tried calling the guy and he said he couldn't email me an invoice??.... but you said you would on Sat. (second red flag). Once I ask for a break down of invoice he was charging me for insurance that we never agreed to (third strike)!! Now I'm still in the process of trying to get the money back. The guy said he credited my card for the 14 dollars of insurance when in fact he CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR AN ADDITIONAL $14!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm out of pocket $28 and the guy wont listen to try and fix the situation. Just says we will get someone to look into it and hangs up.... HE"S THE ONLY PERSON IN THE BUILDING!!!!.... dont waste your time!
