Disclaimer: This review does not reflect on the pick up location for the truck I used. This pertains to the poor quality truck that happened to be there and useful to me at the time. This truck that I used probably should be put out of commission, or at the very least have brakes redone on it. Definitely hitting the age threshold. Yes this is a 26' box truck, but the brakes are so worn and warped I had a very hard time stopping and the entire truck shook with how warped the rotors were. The coolant level light was also on and smelled like it was leaking and/or burning coolant. Did it get the job done? Barely... Would I recommend this truck to another customer, not on the slightest bit.Harry W.

The rep was very accommodating. My flt was canceled so I had to pick up later than expected. No problem. I had a question about my drop off location in Virginia. They didn't answer or return my voicemails so I called Mayfield at night. She was wonderful and answered my questions and said call back if I had any problems. 1 Location: I had to drive 1 hour extra to go pick the Uhaul. If I'm paying for it, I shouldn't be paying to go get it in the middle of nowhere. 2. No over the counter. The pick up location in Mayfield, NY was the sketchiest transaction I have ever done. It felt like I was being sold drugs in the corner of a restaurant instead of acquiring a moving truck.- have a location with actual representative 3. Have representative knowledgeable about your equipment - please be more straightforward with the contract prior to the customer sign on. Also please please please it should be a requirement to show all the features of the truck face to face considering they are very old and outdated trucks. 4. No cruise control and awful MPG.
