Horrible customer service it literally took me 45 minutes for them to give me my truck they were fixing cell phones waiting on other customers talking to each other talking on the phone going to the bathroom doing everything but assistant we were getting my truck upon my return it took 22 minutes to return the vehicle they are very rude I would never book here again

Was not told about another 200 dollars worth of fees. The 19.99 rate is a sham.
shawn LThe guy working at H&R LLC was great, but the additional fees on drop off were not made clear during the rental process and nearly doubled the cost of the rental before consideration of mileage. I will not be working with U-Haul again.
Caleb GJust poor service overall, picked up the truck and it was dirty. They were searching around for the equipment. Very unorganized. I was told to return the truck with the same amount of fuel, which I did. My truck was never checked back in until someone from customer service texted and asked if I still had the truck. After that I got an additional charge on my account for 25.00 cleaning fee and also for not putting gas back in to the truck. I went over by 5 miles more than I expected and had extra fee for that. This location is a joke, I walked the equipment back in, stood in line and asked if there was anything else I needed to do or if someone wanted to come out to look at the truck and the response was NO. First time renting a U-Haul and this may be my last.
