The lady I rented from was very nice but didn't tell me everything I needed to know. She didn't tell me how many miles I had, for instance. U-haul tried to charge me for going over the miles when I dropped the truck off. She emailed me something to read later, she said but it was so tiny and I couldn't make it any larger. I couldn't read it.
