2 things this truck was the worse riding truck I have rented something is off balance, check engine light light came on within 5 miles of pickup, uhaul did send a person to check but it was annoying. This truck blew a tire, an inner tire took 6 hours to get someone to respond thru your road assistance that was valuable drive time I lost. I need to rent another truck by this Friday but this experience leaving thinking not from uhaul. This truck shake the entire time I drove it above 25 and below 65. I don’t really think I should pay full price for this rental since I had to call roadside assistance twice, shook me quite a bite and the long time to get the tire addressed, the tech was excellent who changed the tire. I just not happy with this rental

When I returned my U-Haul van, to the location, it was after hours. The U-Haul mobile return app would not function this evening. We kept getting a server error, 429 so thankfully the owner of our location in Bridgeport Texas check the van in for us. U-Haul has to be better with the mobile app because it’s very glitchy and sometimes garbage.

JACOB HIt took 30 minutes to get my truck because I was t set up for the program where you do a self check-in/ pick up. Had to call uhaul to get access to the function in the app. Also, I estimated 19 miles but only drove 3. I don't see where 7 miles were going to be credited on the updated invoice since my total originally was $67.80 and my final invoice said $67.44

JOHN MThe lady I rented from was very nice but didn't tell me everything I needed to know. She didn't tell me how many miles I had, for instance. U-haul tried to charge me for going over the miles when I dropped the truck off. She emailed me something to read later, she said but it was so tiny and I couldn't make it any larger. I couldn't read it.
