I put gas in before I took the truck back and they lied and stated the gas was not right and charged me for gas all over again. I used my card so I have proof I got gas in the vehicle.
Christal WFirst of all, I did not know it was closed, or I would have never agreed to switch to here. Second the truck was parked were they park towed in wrecked vehicles and there was glass laying on the ground. Third I had to walk in mud to look at the back of the truck to confirm it was mine. Fourth the back was not swept out. And lastly, I had ordered moving pads and there were none in the truck! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Joseph HOrdered a week earlier and got there to share pick up and galore site did not have set up right. Had to argue to pick up truck I ordered a week earlier. Took 45 minutes to get truck
PHILIP DI was charged for moving pads I never received. The appliance dolly is so bent out of shape I only used it once because the bottom of it was angled up and essentially cutting into anything I lifted. There should be a better way to report missing or damaged equipment. There should also be a more clear posting about how this is selfservice pickup and dropoff, choose the location based on the hours listed for open and close but no one is there. Truck was fine, clean, and filled.

Joseph BPerson who checked vehicles was on vacation. There was no back up person. Took a lot of work to return truck. Then I was nickeled and dimed by whoever checked me in.
Thomas SPick up process was an absolute joke. Location was changed 3x on me in the matter of 2 days. No good direction. Pick up location was shady! Only started with less than 1/4 tank.

Deborah LI had no issues with the location but the UHaul app kept crashing or wouldn't load. I had to do the return like 5 times and I was in a schedule so it was extremely frustrating. I hope that gets fixed
