We arrived and there was a truck but no key for the truck. U haul had to contact the rep for the location and gave them come get the key from inside the building. It was Sunday and they were closed. It held us up an hour

Kent SThe truck I reserved (15 ft) was not available so I was given a smaller truck (10 ft) and then I was charged for the extra miles - after being told by Winona that I would not be charged - because I needed to make more than one trip since the truck I'd reserved wasn't ready for me.
Jillann GIt was in the middle of nowhere and we felt very abandonded.
Gabor GI put gas in before I took the truck back and they lied and stated the gas was not right and charged me for gas all over again. I used my card so I have proof I got gas in the vehicle.
