Location in bad neighborhood, but man at the checkout was kind and very helpful. Ran out of requested dolly, so may suggest they have some more equipment on hand.

He refused to help assist me in disconnecting my auto transport from my Uhaul. After driving 20+ hours, I had to disconnect everything by myself while he looked onward and yelled instructions at me. He was constantly yelling and speaking to me sarcastically in a condescending tone. Further, the shop was filthy with flies everywhere for some reason, and he wasn't wearing his mask or distancing. The guy here was belligerent and rude…STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Selame S.The truck needed an exterior wash, there was heavy splatter all over the front. The counter guy wanted me not to use the Uhual app and kept telling me to cancel it and he'll process. I just closed the app and he did his thing on the computer. The customer service isn't what I'm used to from you regular uHaul locations. He also changed my selected drop location to a smoke shop. I had selected Foothill Storage. The smoke shop was closed and the keys were just dropped in the mail slot of the door.

Albert J.I got charged a whole day for dropping the uhaul off 35 minutes late, the whole location which was also a gas station was shut down on return at 3:30 in the afternoon so we couldn't even fill up there like we were planning.

Stephen D.At first the guy who was helping me was extremely rude. He was fixing things in the gas station and said I had to wait u til 9 even though my appointment was at 8. He ended up helping me around 8:30 however did not explain much to me about the rental process.

Mike C.The man that works there is extremely rude. I've dealt with him on 2 occasions and both were very negative interactions. The trailer that I rented 2 weeks ago was covered in dirt. The truck that I rented on Tuesday was full of trash. The man wouldn't let me review the truck before “approving†the condition. There was another customer that walked out as I was walking in and even commented, “I hope you have patience because that guy has a bad attitudeâ€.

When going to return the keys there was a night attendant at a walk up window… he was bothered that we were there and took our keys begrudgingly and rolled his eyes! Just the type of customer service I want after a full day of travel and unpacking a truck!

EUGENEJUNGWON O.We paid for two dozen moving blankets. When we got there he said he didn't actually have that and gave us the 6 or 7 blankets he had. Not enough, and not what we ordered. But the biggest thing was that I was trying to pay with a gift card. I presented it when I first arrived and was told to present it at the end. At the end of our two truck, 4 day rental I presented it again and was told that they didn't know how to charge the gift certificate but to leave the gift certificate number and someone else would charge it to the gift card in the morning. That never happened and I now have an over $900 charge on my amex and the bill period already closed. Completely unacceptable! Additionally the gas gauge on one truck was not marked accurately and when we showed the employee he had a bad attitude about it. An awful experience overall and now I have a $900 bill on a closed AMEX statement and I'm sure several calls to your customer service to deal with. Awful awful awful.

WALTER A.unfortunately the cab light in the truck was not working, as a result when we returned the car it was pitch black. i left my 600 dollar prescription sunglasses in the cup holder because i couldn't see anything inside the car. when i called to inquire about it the location was not helpful at all, they rented the car out to another family immediately and i have a feeling they likely took the sunglasses. extremely disappointing.

YUYAO S.Your online reservation is a JOKE! I had to run around on the DAY I thought I HAD a Van reserved. All I got from the clerks at the location I thought I had the van ready was, "we have no van for you, and to bad so sad!" I literally had to scream ant the lady behind the counter to call the dispatch center to find me a VAN and good thing I kept all my emails to show them proof, I was told a VAN had to be ready for the day I reserved it. I even had to go to ANOTHER location to pick it up. UHAUL needs to do better and not over book the vans, if I your customer reserve a VAN I should have my VAN ready the day I reserved it and not get the run around from your employees! Right now UHAUL has a good market, people are moving and you should do right by your customer, I had to scream and a poor employee at the location and phone to get what I needed to get, this should not be the way customers should be treated......SHAME ON YOU!
