Was over charged for gas even though i paid for more then was required. The total amount on my recipt doesnt match the amount i was charged. No one is responding to refund the difference.

I ordered furniture dollies and they gave me utility dollies which slowed my move since everything I had to move was furniture. If possible please refund the card on file for the cost of the dollies since I didn't use them in fact they were on the the whole time I was trying to move.

Enrique was very helpful and courteous.PS Upon return I ended up putting in a lot more fuel than I used since the fuel gauge did not move at all and then shot up suddenly. I wish there were a better way for a customer to know how much fuel to replace at the end.

Service rep tried to trick me and made a new reservation adding the safe drive insurance without asking me. I showed him my phone app reservation that I made without the insurance and he tried to lie and say that he didn’t add it. Very untrustworthy and shady. Gas we below a quarter and the cargo area of the truck was filthy. Poor experience

The app states that pick up was available at 8:00 am however there is no way to get the truck it was behind gates and the app takes over 30 minutes to unlock the vehicle. Truck I requested was not available so app never would be able to switch. It was better to wait for the very nice person. The app was not helpful the person at the Uhaul was great. Keep the person change the time for pick up to be the time the store opens.

The drop off of our vehicle was really unfortunate. We were diverted to 3 different locations because the original drop-off lot was full, we were sent to Bonnie Brae which was locked and full then sent to 6th. The attendant would initially not take our keys because his lot was full. After pleading with him (and area manager told us to go there) he agreed to take our keys. He was in a difficult situation as well but it this was really stressful. We were under time constraints and had to return the truck that evening.

I ve got a coupon 20% off with a promo code but the employee couldn’t apply it I ve been using U-Haul service pretty often recently but it s my second time when I can’t use my coupon! The truck was clean but smelt so bad inside! Thank you for providing your service I hope you ll be able to make an adjustment for my 2 last invoices

Gas was on 1/8th tank when I got it. Washer fluid empty and when I filled it it leaked out all over the engine had to re connect hose to sprayer. The air in tires not at right psi on truck or trailer and oil at 0% halfway through trip.

I asked the guy that checked me out if I could return any unused boxes and he said yes. I ended up returning my van and left 4 unused boxes in the van for a refund since it was after hours. I called today to see if the refund had happened and the guy on the phone simply told me that they did not take back unused boxes and that I had to pick them up from his location and return it to the one off of Hollywood and Vermont. I told him that I wasn’t told this and I didn’t want to travel down to his location again just to pick up the 4 boxes and return it to another location and that I should’ve been told this when I purchased the boxes. He pretty much said that it wasn’t his employees fault for not telling me where to return the boxes. He told me that he will have someone from an upper level of Uhaul call me to settle the dispute. Such horrible customer service.

I requested a truck from a different location, but received a call in the morning to indicate I should pick up from this (nearby) location. When I walked in, they were prepared for me & did paperwork very quickly. I was concerned, though, because he encouraged me to just sign quickly, when I wanted to confirm all was well with the truck. Turns out that everything was perfect with the truck, these guys were highly efficient & it all turned out great. Because I've had other bad experiences before, I guess I'd just encourage them to pamper the customer who wants to walk the truck together, for the customer's own peace of mind. They also were a little pushy to try to get me back in 3 hours instead of the 4 I'd indicated, but maybe because I'd been an hour late (I called to let them know when to expect me). Other than that, super great/easy experience. I'd definitely use this location again any time.

I booked a 10" truck using the online portal however when I got there they said that they were fully booked. I even showed my conformation using my Uhaul account. I would like my 50 buck guarantee back because I know I reserved it with that guarantee. In the end I had to settle with a pickup truck and could not move all the furniture I needed to in time.
