Wrong mileage on the truck and paperwork. Mileage returned was 50 miles less than when we got the truck.

I was made to wait for over half an hour past my reservation before actually receiving the van because the owner was the only person working and was not equipped to handle a long line of people on a Saturday in the middle of the month. Then in returning the vehicle in the area of the lot marked for return vehicles, the owner stormed out yelling at me that I had to park closer to the other vans and claiming that he told me that earlier which, no he did not, he was too preoccupied with managing the crowd earlier. Plus I didn’t appreciate being reprimanded, as if I should instinctively know in which precise location of the area marked for returns the van should be parked. And he did so with a mouth full of food, eating, food falling from his mouth. Between that and the slow service earlier, I’d never rent from this guy again.

Tony has been great every time, he makes it easy and a nice experience. I didn’t realize how easy he made it until I had to pick up from another location, it was horrible, long wait, really unhelpful staff, I’m only using this location in the future.

Primary problem: My reservation was apparently worthless, as the equipment I "reserved" was not there when I went to pick it up. Other problem that made first problem much worse: Service guy I had to deal with was rude and completely unhelpful. I made a reservation for a pickup truck, a dozen blankets, and a furniture dolly. When I arrived, he looked at my order and without batting an eye, no apology or anything, just stated flatly "I don't have the furniture dolly." This was essential for my rental needs. No dolly, I can't move the giant cabinet I need to pick up that day. He didn't say "sorry," or seem to care at all that my reservation was screwed. I asked him where I was supposed to go to get a dolly, like another u-haul or something, and he just vaguely said there was another uhaul a couple miles away, but couldn't be bothered to give me an address or phone number. He gave me the generic number for uhaul and walked away to help another customer. I had to look up where the next nearest uhaul was myself, and call them. Luckily they had a dolly left and I was able to travel over there and set up a separate order for the dolly, but I lost a lot of time waiting in line at the second place, making me late for my scheduled pick-up appointment. The complete and utter lack of concern, apology, or any attempt to help me secure a new dolly or even tell me HOW I was supposed to do that were all completely unprofessional and rude. This did not feel like I was going to a professional brand business with a functional infrastructure, it felt like I was at a very crappy local place where one guy was renting trucks out of his garage. He acted as if he knew I could not do anything about the situation I was in, and that he definitely would not be held accountable for his bad service. WTF is the point of making a reservation if there is no guarantee that the equipment you reserve will be available? And when that does happen, why does u-haul have absolutely no way to deal with the situation? I imagine you must have dozens of angry customers discovering how worthless their' reservation" is every day, considering how this went down. I am never using this guy's location again, and I will also very likely never use u-haul again. You guys need to clean up your act.

I spend 1 hour checking out & dropping off the truck. As manager Tony said, Cashier of "76 gas station" had to accept the key, but he answered "I don't know where you'll park, no space inside, Uhaul is closed." Then i entered the gate and he started shouting "You'll be fined, you blocked other cars." I was upset by this awful customer service.

The trucks breaks were pretty bad. It was an old truck, which was alright, but the cigarette compartment wasn’t cleaned out. Overall, I didn’t feel like the truck was safe to drive in.

I would give this location 10 stars if I could. I was having the most stressful move and the staff was so profesional and calm that they made me smile. Seriously, I truly appreciate their service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this uhaul location.

The guy who was working on Sunday was all alone. Consider hiring another employee if possible (maybe a part time employee) who can help him out. Otherwise great service!
