Super understaffed. Hooked up trailer in a hurry with very little instruction and didn't hook the car up correctly (straps didn't go under bar)

Great help in getting the U-haul from the small lot. They even moved it for me, which I appreciate. Also appreciate that location is open 24 hours a day. Hassle-free experience.

When we first looked online, the cost to rent a 10ft Uhaul was $187, but when we reserved again, it was $194. Being new to Uhaul rentals, maybe there could be incentives for first-time users. The total, including the dolly was $229, and I just think that the business could gain repeated customers, if we were given a discount, promo, and treated with value, especially a mom with a daughter who just finished college and immersed in loans :)

In general very satisfied with the rental. However, there were problems with the door locks on the van. Once locked with the key fob, could not open with the key fob due to a broken lock on the back doors. It was very easy to return the van after hours

The gas station was dirty and shoddy. Customer waiting room was makeshift and was just a portion of a mechanic's a garage converted into that waiting room. The rental was not clean. It was dusty and smudged. Truck was not properly washed. I felt dirty just being at the location and using the rental.

First I rented the truck in your National location, I was sent to the Hollywood location. When I got there the guy at the counter took for ever with the people infront of me, when he completed the other customers order. I gave him my name and he said the truck was not there they had been calling the person who rented the truck but he was not answering. He then gets a phone call and proceeds to assist the person on the phone, instead of telling them to please hold because he had a customer ahead of them. He finished the call tells me the truck is not available. And proceeds to call his supervisor to ask what he should do in this situation. the supervisor locates another 20' truck in the Downtown location. Downtown location is a dump. but good customer service. I lost two hours in the process. Hollyood location you need to train your employees better. And call the customer before they waste time going to pick up a truck that is not available for pickup.

The sun protector broken and doors has wierd sound when they open and close, the wheel was melted and sticky too and the smell of segerates is there. The good the thinh good was the mantianing of Engine and Ac both were excellent altgough the milage of the car was high

Cleaning fee should not be applied to users who already receive the truck dirty and only use it for a little amount of time and miles!

Offer weekly rates for equipment rentals. For example, dolly $7/day, $4/day for 1 week or more. P.S. Customers should ask for Tony, Manager.

I was given a quote for a trailer. We then went to another U Haul facility to get the required electrical harness installed. When we returned to pick up the trailer, the rental fee was $100.00 above the quoted price. We paid the extra money because we didn't have time to begin a new search for a trailer. In addition, I told Mr. U Haul TWICE where I wanted to drop the trailer in Seattle, the location closet my home. Instead, he designated the U Haul in Burien WA. as the drop off site! A HUGE inconvenience in terms of time and traffic!!!

Worst service of any Uhaul I've been to. It was not clear where to drop off the trailer. I had to move my vehicle twice. I was told that they were closed when it was only 1:46pm. I was told to disconnect and move the trailer to a slot myself. I had to insist to get a receipt that the trailer was received as they did not want to do the paperwork.
