ROBERT IMy only frustration is more with the system. Our pickup location was changed, adding more miles to our trip, and I was charged for those. The. Our truck was checked in one minute late and I was charged for an extra day. Fortunately Chris from your customer service department was incredibly helpful and friendly, and hopefully has resolved those issues for a refund.
DAVID RWe had a problem with our motorcycle on our way back from Canada. Downeast Hub U-haul went above and beyond to help us with our situation. Any employee even drove me to a store so I could buy ratchet straps to tie the motorcycle down in the u-haul truck. I can't say enough about Downeast Hub. Thanks again for everything. LLOYD SDidn’t have any contact with an employee, I turned in my equipment via app, which…… perfect I had no contact with personnel at the hub, your mandate of answering that I did or didn’t is unfair to the receiving dealer. Took my entire good review and soured it. The HUB was perfect.

Tim SMike is great to work with, I wasn't able to pickup a piece of rental equipment til later in the day and Mike worked with me on making sure I was able to pickup the equipment late in the day. Overall a great experience.
Joe BTetris movers who handled the delivery and unloading to my final destination were excellent ! Communication was excellent and they took great care handling my furniture. I highly recommend them ( Isa and Gil) and certainly will call them again for my next move!
