Price was reasonable. Equipment was okay and saved money from using a mover.
ROBERT IMy only frustration is more with the system. Our pickup location was changed, adding more miles to our trip, and I was charged for those. The. Our truck was checked in one minute late and I was charged for an extra day. Fortunately Chris from your customer service department was incredibly helpful and friendly, and hopefully has resolved those issues for a refund.
DAVID RWe had a problem with our motorcycle on our way back from Canada. Downeast Hub U-haul went above and beyond to help us with our situation. Any employee even drove me to a store so I could buy ratchet straps to tie the motorcycle down in the u-haul truck. I can't say enough about Downeast Hub. Thanks again for everything.
