The pick up and return process was cumbersome! Especially with sub par internet connectivity at that location. You should have provided detailed communication on all the steps that would be required to pick up, not just say you need a mobile phone. It took us 40 minutes to deal with all the red tape. 40 minutes of a 6 hour rental window is significant. You should have also been clear that there would be a charge for gas on top of the .79 per mile.

The vehicle I used had major mechanical issues the actual cover to the wheel hub came off and was sitting on the suspension and the truck made a lot of noise coming back and forth to my location. The company was aware of this problem and still renting me the vehicle disregarding the traffic dangers I could have encountered and still charged me the money for the vehicle thanks but no thanks.

We were last minute switched to this location because the truck we reserved at the malvern location needed servicing. No one told me that there aren't any workers there and that the key retrieval process took over a half hour. It made us late for our move. When we finally got the key, Customer service was horrible. We needed help several times and there was no one to ask. I was given the number of the manager of the location and called with an emergency and never heard back. I saw two other couples frustrated with the key retrieval process as well. I will never use Uhaul again.

I carefully checked that the 10' truck was wide enough to fit two newly re-upholstered sofas. The truck listed as 6'4" wide. The sofas totaled 3' wide, each. Sadly, the rear wheel wells poked up about 4 inches from the floor of the truck so I didn't have 6'4' width to work with. We jammed them in anyway, but if I'd realized at the time I rented, I would have gotten a bigger truck (or brought wooden blocks or something to compensate for the wheel wells). Not a biggie. but inconvenient.

The steering wheel was worn down and need's replaced. The knob on the drivers side door manual window handle was missing.

First off, we were sent 15 miles out of our way to a location we did not select when reserving the truck. We ordered 4 dozen moving blankets, and found out they didn't have any the morning of the pickup. What a hassle. We made it reservation weeks in advance, and somehow it's our problem? We also made specific updates to our reservation with a U-Haul service representative on the phone, and they didn't save. Our milage allowance was wrong when we picked up, and the number of rental days remained at 1 say, when the rep on the phone said we were good. Fix your website. We were not able to make changes to the number of days in our reservation, as many reps told us.

U haul never said we needed to download the app to pick up the truck or that it was all electronic and when I called the venue they never indicated that either it took us an hour to be able to retrieve the truck so I want to bill you all for my one hour- could not. Reach anyone to help wither - you owe me for my one hour of time

using the internet to pick up the truck takes to long. the internet connection was painfully slow and your website was not intuitive. Taking all those pictures was a rediculous waste of time upon pick up and drop off. Never again!!!!

I had trouble picking up the vehicle with the mobile check in. I submitted the photos and had to wait a while for a response, then I got an error message, which ended up being fixed after logging in to the website again. Location and truck were great but I would have appreciated some heads up about what to expect for mobile check in
