The owner was friendly and processed my rental promptly. He made sure that I understood the rental process as it applied to the vehicle and return process. It was a great experience and I would rent from that location again. I will also recommend that others rent from that location!

Waynette C.The pick up and return process was cumbersome! Especially with sub par internet connectivity at that location. You should have provided detailed communication on all the steps that would be required to pick up, not just say you need a mobile phone. It took us 40 minutes to deal with all the red tape. 40 minutes of a 6 hour rental window is significant. You should have also been clear that there would be a charge for gas on top of the .79 per mile.

The company was aware of this problem and still renting me the vehicle disregarding the traffic dangers I could have encountered and still charged me the money for the vehicle thanks but no thanks.
LAWRENCE D.We were last minute switched to this location because the truck we reserved at the malvern location needed servicing. No one told me that there aren't any workers there and that the key retrieval process took over a half hour. It made us late for our move. When we finally got the key, Customer service was horrible. We needed help several times and there was no one to ask. I was given the number of the manager of the location and called with an emergency and never heard back. I saw two other couples frustrated with the key retrieval process as well. I will never use Uhaul again.

Ed L.I carefully checked that the 10' truck was wide enough to fit two newly re-upholstered sofas. The truck listed as 6'4" wide. The sofas totaled 3' wide, each. Sadly, the rear wheel wells poked up about 4 inches from the floor of the truck so I didn't have 6'4' width to work with. We jammed them in anyway, but if I'd realized at the time I rented, I would have gotten a bigger truck (or brought wooden blocks or something to compensate for the wheel wells). Not a biggie. but inconvenient.

joseph P.First off, we were sent 15 miles out of our way to a location we did not select when reserving the truck. We ordered 4 dozen moving blankets, and found out they didn't have any the morning of the pickup. What a hassle. We made it reservation weeks in advance, and somehow it's our problem? We also made specific updates to our reservation with a U-Haul service representative on the phone, and they didn't save. Our milage allowance was wrong when we picked up, and the number of rental days remained at 1 say, when the rep on the phone said we were good. Fix your website. We were not able to make changes to the number of days in our reservation, as many reps told us.
