Customer service was excellent! The person who helped us was so friendly and kind ajd energetic. She walked us out to the Uhaul, told us to take photos through the app and made sure were knew the process of returning it (one-way rental with a different drop-off location). No improvements needed.
Angie MI have rented from them before and the equipment is always clean and have 3/4 of tank of fuel.
CHARLES KIt would be helpful to have someone run through opening and closing the back and that you need to provide your own padlock.
KELLY Awhen i arrived at my original pickup location there was no one at the office. i arrived on time (11 a.m.) the office was supposed to be open until 2 p.m. we tried calling the number with no response. after several tries, i was finally able to reach someone from uhaul at the 800 number . it cost me and my workers over an hour to resolve the issue. i was also billed more than i was told and i did confirm what the total amount would be.
