Katherine GCustomer service was excellent! The person who helped us was so friendly and kind ajd energetic. She walked us out to the Uhaul, told us to take photos through the app and made sure were knew the process of returning it (one-way rental with a different drop-off location). No improvements needed.
Angie MI have rented from them before and the equipment is always clean and have 3/4 of tank of fuel.
CHARLES KIt would be helpful to have someone run through opening and closing the back and that you need to provide your own padlock.
