Set reservation for one location and U haul changed location. Further from point of use. Then they billed me for 1.5 miles over allowance but pick up location changed by several miles. Hard to believe a probable multi million $ company would worry about $ 1.50 charge that they probably caused. Also when dropping off truck told person at location that there was a leak in the cargo area at the front passenger side of the truck and that I had a mattress packed there and it got wet. His reply was call agent location where you picked it up and tell him. So possibly some other customer got the same leaky truck to use.....
