peter f15' truck was clean in cab and box. Staff at site professional and personable. Truck ran well, but front end was very loose, almost not road worthy for highway use. I'm experienced so was able to maintain but someone with no truck experience would have a difficult time driving this specific truck. I completed my mission so all good, this is constructive feedback to help, not just complain.
JAMES MThe radio in the uhaul was Not working. Van smelled like cigarettes. Side mirrors we not able to be adjusted. No leg room for the driver. Overdrive button was not shown to me prior to taking off.

NANCY RTruck had 111K miles. Alignment on the truck was off. Front suspension was warned out, bouncing during the drive over bumps on the road. Engine was not as powerful as it should. Recommendation is to switch to Ford Transit 350 base using 3.5L ecoboost engine or 3.7L for this 10/12Ft box trucks. Location Staff was pleasant to work with. Thank you.

Marian SThe staff representative handling my rental was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. So, the transaction /renting process was excellent, but the truck itself was / is not a good one. The truck I used is older, far too noisy and with very very poor shock absorbers.

Santhosh KThe truck, location, pickup process, was excellent. However, the after hours drop-off process was very difficult. Website extremely slow. For some reason some of the pictures uploaded to verify condition of truck being returned were not accepted. No feedback as to why. Basically took same pictures 3 or 4 times and reloaded. Again website extremely slow through this process.

JAMES SGet different lockboxes for the keys or WD 40 the ones you have. The first one (number 3 MEAT) wouldn’t open at all and the second one (number 5) did open but it wasn’t smooth. The lever stuck a bit. I think it’s ecause it was so cold that day. ALSO, should be able to connect to your WI-FI without a password.
SHEILA FOverall the truck was not safe to drive. The outside mirrors were not useable since they were in a fixed location and could not be adjusted. I could not drive on a multilane road because I couldn't view any cars on my right side. The windshield was filthy and I had difficulty seeing when driving into the sun. It looked like it hadn't be cleaned in months. Finally, I overfilled the required amount of fuel for which I received no credit.

JAMES PWash the truck exterior and windshield. This is not directed at the pickup location but at U-Haul instead. I had a very bad experience trying to get my reservation to come into my account to be able to pick the truck up and feel I deserve a refund of a portion of my rental fees for my troubles I incurred. The pickup location personnel I was dealing with were exceptional with trying to help me get my reservation straightened out. So a big thank you to them but unfortunately it still did not come into my account.

JOHN DGreat staff and service! I had attempted to rent from another location as they reportedly had the trailer I was looking for but the business never opened! As I was driving home I saw that Downingtown Auto, whom I rented from before, had a similar trailer so I stopped in and rented from them!

DEBORAH RHaving to rent this truck without a customer service person at the location was difficult and frustrating. Downloading pictures that were required took some time. It took almost 50 minutes just to pick up the truck.
