Unfortunately the truck I drove still has a horribly tilted driver’s seat - this was an issue another time I rented from this location, and impacts my back for weeks to come. Truck was clean, but this particular truck has had this same horrible seat for years.

We have to talk - a simple uhaul safety check would of avoided me an my family from being stranded on highway 81 an only 2 1/2 hours into trip. been a customer for a long time - the bad experience started when me an my daughter checked the lights cause was not done at pick up - call me [redacted] so this can be prevented for anyone in future

Nothing. Doylestown Hideaway Storage is hands down the "BEST" U-Haul rental location that I've ever dealt with. I own a moving company and have dealt with probably close to a hundred other locations. Michelle, Peter and Bill go so far out of their way for all of their customers; they'll even warm up the cabs of the trucks on cold days before you arrive. I usually spend $12,000 to $16,000 a year renting trucks from them, so I know the place very well. They always find new ways to impress me with their generosity and helpfulness.

Very peaceful and nice place to leave storage. I don't think I ever met another person there when getting in and out of my shed. I was a bit worried about possibly having damp issues, but after 4 plus years we never had a damp issue.

Highly recommend. Pain-free experience, clean, reasonably priced, awesome staff. I've used for multiple trailer rentals as well as storage needs and have absolutely no complaints. This place has the look and feel of a local neighborhood provider, which is so much better than dealing with the large corporate run places I've used in the past. This is my go-to place for any storage and truck/trailer rental needs I have going forward.

This was worst experience of my life! I would like my to speak about the fact I paid 113 in cash and NO federal income tax was take out. The lock to unit did not work it was frozen, no wd40 was offered! To sum this appropriately I would not let my dog stay at this facility! I would not ever recommend this facility.

Michelle the manager is AWESOME! Very helpful and great to deal with. My BIGGEST complaint is that after over 8 years of rental and receiving modest rental increases year-to-year, this year’s renewal was an OVER 20% INCREASE!! I am so sick of everywhere using “Covid” as an excuse to enact exorbitant price increase!! While they never specifically cited Covid as an excuse, this price increase was outrageous and inexcusable and tantamount to pure greed! We found a bigger, climate controlled unit for $20 less than what this facility enacted. Seems loyalty and prompt on-time payments are not honored or valued by this facility’s owner!
