This place has the look and feel of a local neighborhood provider, which is so much better than dealing with the large corporate run places I've used in the past. This is my go-to place for any storage and truck/trailer rental needs I have going forward.

The lock to unit did not work it was frozen, no wd40 was offered! To sum this appropriately I would not let my dog stay at this facility! I would not ever recommend this facility.

My BIGGEST complaint is that after over 8 years of rental and receiving modest rental increases year-to-year, this year’s renewal was an OVER 20% INCREASE!! I am so sick of everywhere using “Covid” as an excuse to enact exorbitant price increase!! While they never specifically cited Covid as an excuse, this price increase was outrageous and inexcusable and tantamount to pure greed! We found a bigger, climate controlled unit for $20 less than what this facility enacted. Seems loyalty and prompt on-time payments are not honored or valued by this facility’s owner!
