Keep the rental clean and maintenance up on it. The steering was awful. Very hard to keep straight on the road. Plus it needed cleaning was so dirty and dusty

The key wasn't in the lock box for the truck I reserved. I ended up calling customer service and getting a smaller vehicle resulting in multiple trips.

I would not suggest picking up your uhaul at this location. The uhaul van was in one location and I had to drive to get the key in another location. I did self check in and when it was time for me to get the key the representative at the location refused to release the key cause she wanted to check me in herself. A uhaul representative had to call her and tell her to release the key cause they had checked me in and verified my info, she still refused until she was ready to give me the key. The whole experience took an hour due to me having to drive back to where the van was.

The drop off location was a bit confusing. I was dropping off during business hours, but not sure if I was supposed to use online drop off or wait for someone. I rang the doorbell and waited a few minutes before someone answered. It would be helpful if there was a sign indicating that business hour drop offs will also be handled as online drop offs or that it would be a few minutes before someone answers the doorbell.

I called a 1800 phone number, and spoke with a reservation specialist. I was made aware that I would have the ability to pay in any form I choose once I arrived at the location. I was also informed that I did not need to bring any form of identification with the except my driver's license. I was also told an employee of Uhaul would be onsite to answer any additional questions I may have. All of those statements were not true. I had my passport with me just in case I needed it. Turned out I did. There was no employee available to assist or to provide support. Terrible experience. Terrible.

The rep on the phone stated they open at 11am which they arrived at 11:30am. The first truck did not start so he asked for our jumper cables and vehicle to start the van! I let him use the cables but not my car. The second van did not work either. The last truck did not have the handle so you can climb in truck, the charged my card 4 times and are still trying to charge me 71 dollars. The truck wasn't full so I returned it with the same amount of fuel. The worst experience ever

The truck had a little less than 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and had a little over 1/4 tank when I returned it. It was also in need of maintenance, had a pull to the left.

Reserved a 26 ft uhaul for Saturday morning, when we got there no uhaul. We were sent to another location where. Workers helpful. Everything else unorganized and crazy. Bad experience all around. Made moving day that much worse.

We requested a pick up location that was less than a mile from our house but ended up having to drive over 30 minutes (1 hour roundtrip) to pick up our truck. This put us unexpectedly behind schedule on moving day and was very inconvenient.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. Easy location for pick up. Only problem that i discovered during the early part of the 800+ mile drive with the rented uhaul was that both front wheels were out of alingment. The camber of both front tires were angled so that both tires were worn down to bald on the outer 1/3 of the tires. Im glad i did not need to make a sudden stop or avoidance maneuver. If so either tire or both could have failed. My life was at risk during this drive. I made it without issue or failure. Im glad for that. I informed the uhaul service rep at my drop off location who immediately requested the truck to be serviced.

True prices. Mine was supposed to be 19.99 wound up 63.00. Not right. We only drove it about 23 miles and filled it back up with gas. Then couldn't find anyone at office to complain. Never again

Gas tank have more gas in it. It was on E when I first got it. It was very dirty. They did not do a walk around before or after pick up and drop off. Dolly was not with truck like I order so I had to go over my mileage to drive to another uhaul to get dolly.

The U-Haul was dirty when we picked it up. It had cigarette butts and ashes all over the cab. Cigar wrappers in the floor board. It had not been clean. And what is most aggravating is that I was charged a cleaning fee of $25!!!! I didn't dirty it! I said that it wasn't cleaned on the app before I left with it and provided pictures.

The truck they gave was loud enough to wake the dead, fumes was coming inside the truck clearly this truck needed a lot of work and should not be in service the last thing is once we finished loading the truck it hard to reach 40mph

So unorganized and also I was led to believe that if I didn't use the truck for the rental period I thought I needed I would pay for the time used per a previous rental I had but maybe not. Unorganized meaning I reserved on that Sunday and when I went to pick up that Wednesday they “claimed” it wasn't in the system. When I called they didn't even have truck share setup even though that was my reservation for 8am. I got dropped off and had to wait until someone got there because after they fixed that one issue there was another because the key wasn't even in the lock box......just way too unorganized and irritating. Not even worth the hassle.

I initially was getting a 9' van and ended up with a truck. The problem is that I made my reservation online and when in got there my stuff was not rest and I had to be put in a truck. In also didn't like the mileage rate change due to the size of the truck. I should have been given my initial rate with the other truck.

When I picked up the trailer the first thing the guy told me was the right tail light did not work. He was not trying to fix it nor did he offer to fix it. How can you rent equipment that you know is not working? (Once I got the trailer home the problem was a cut wire and I fixed it. Took 5min. Just shows he did not even look into what the problem was)
