Business was closed at time of drop off. There was a torn down building or house next to where I had to move around to park the trailer so hopefully I didn’t get a nail in my tire.
Austin HUsed the app to return the trailer after hours. No issues at all. Nice large parking lot so returning was a breeze!
Kevin HTruck was ready but there was no appliance dolly or moving pads that I ordered. The location was closed but we saw an appliance dolly behind the building and grabbed that one. But no moving pads
Brandie OI moved into my mothers home. A few days in ( I still am unpacked) I started getting bit by bugs. Pretty sure bed bugs were on your truck. My mother has never had issues with bed bugs so i have NO CLUE how this would have happened otherwise. Also the movers you allowed to be contracte, tore my brand new couch, scratched my$2000 bed frame. I am so disappointed
