This was not the location I selected to have pick up the truck. When I got to the location in Merrimack, the truck wasn't there and I was sent to D's Auto Body. My app was not loading due to the service in the area and no one was at D's as they had gone to lunch. Eventually we got things working but it took an hour after I was supposed to pick up the truck to get going. Thankfully my ride had not left Merrimack yet and was able to bring me to Hudson.mike P.

I was unable to get my rental. I got to the location and the lock box would not open. I called customer service and they tried to help me. They tried calling the number for the business and we're unable to reach anyone. They cancelled my rental and I was unable to move the items I needed to moveChristine F.

Don't change reservations without warning. Moving is stressful enough and to have Uhaul change our reservation was a nightmare for me to rearrange plans and required more driving which was frustrating. Do's Autobody was great but I really needed to have the truck at the original location I requested.James Ryan S.

Good day, rental was great, smooth transactions, etc. One item to review is that the glove compartment of the rented vehicle has several legal papers of a person from Nashua, NH. I left in vehicle. Someone should check and resolve. Thank you!Vincent C.

My reservation was to pick up a truck in Ayer, Mass. Hudson, NH is 45 minutes away, which was a great inconvenience to our tight moving schedule. Additionally, the location in Hudson was closed on Sunday, and I had to go through a time-consuming procedure on my phone to secure the rental, and then had to call for assistance because the lock box on the building, which the instructions told me to access, did not respond to the provided combination. It turned out there was a separate lock on the back of the truck which was difficult to access because the truck was backed up tight to an overgrown hill. When we finally managed to unlock the back and prepare to leave, there was only a quarter tank of gas which required me to take another 15 minutes of time to fill up before starting the 45 minutes back to our starting point in Ayer, Mass. Altogether a pickup experience far below the reputation of U-haul and my previous experience with the company. I will certainly not be recommending u-haul or D's Autobody to anyone in the future.Rudy V.
Said was open till 7, got there around 630 and was closed (I understand covid is interrupting things, but please update hours) Did the online drop, no clearly labeled drop box for keys. Ended up dropping them through the mail slot for the locations office. Placing a label marking that as the correct spot to drop or getting an actual drop box that matches the picture on site would be helpful.Brendan D.

I told the merchant that I was going to maine he charged me 200.46. I assumed this was total live. Then whe I went to drop off the vehicle. They wanted to charge me 800.00. 5hen charged my cards 540.00. I will never use Uhaul again. Ever.Effie D.
The on site guy was great. However, the system kept showing errors whenever he tried to check me out and nobody he called could help. I waited over an hour to get the issue resolved and by that time it displayed that I was late. Very disappointed considering how expensive uhaul is.Alicia K.

SCOTT WAS A GENUINE PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED ME VERY WELL AS FOR UHAUL ITSELF I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND YOU PEOPLE TO ANY ONE I RESERVED A 26 FOOT TRUCK ON THE 17 OR 18 AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE ONE FOR THE 31 THEN 4 OR 5 DAYS BEFOR I WAS TO PICK IT UP I GET A EMAIL SAYING THAT YOU WERE NOT GIVING ME A 26 FOOT BUT A SHORTER TRUCK AND THAT YOU WERE GOING TO CREDIT ME 50 DOLLARS BACK FOR THE GAURENTEED RESERVATION MEAN WHILE I HAD TO PUT DOUBLE THE MILEAGE AND DOUBLE THE FUEL IF YOU WANTED TO TREAT ME RIGHT I SHOULD HAVE ONL;Y HAD TO PAY HALF THE MILEAGE AND HALF THE FUEL I HAVE ALWAYS USED UHAUL FOR ALL MY MOVING NEEDS BUT THIS HAS MADE ME THINK OF OTHER COMPANIES AS LOYAL AS I HAVE BEEN TO UHAUL YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS ECSPECIALLY LOYAL ONESjohn M.

Dale did not know how to work the computer program and it took longer to pick up the truck than it did to load it. The whole process was not acceptable. I will not rent a truck from uhaul again.Janice H.
