While the woman who helped me pay for my trailer was vey nice, I was shocked that she did not offer to assist me hook-up the 6 x 12 trailer to my tow vehicle. She asked me what my tow vehicle was, but she did not even mention that I needed a 2" ball hitch on my truck (luckily, I did). I have rented utility trailers from UHaul before, but normally the UHaul staff member connects the trailer to my vehicle, makes sure the chains are connected properly and tests to make sure the lights are working. None of these items were done. I simply did all the work myself. Of course, if I was unsure, I could have asked, but this was a FIRST for me. Obviously this employee or location needs additional training. This is a safety issue verse a simple inconvenience.
