ROBERT BThere is no improvement needed. Julia provided excellent customer service from pick-up to drop-off. She was sincere and apologetic when she heard we blew a tire on the highway. I would also like to give recognition to the UHaul employee in Whitby that assisted us in obtaining the roadside assistance.

NORM BThe only problem I seen was there was difficulty finding parking space for a 26 ft truck so I parked it sideways a cross several parking spots.

MORRIS Greturn process was complicated. location was closed at 2pm and i arrived at 2pm to return. little cell service in napanee so could not complete online process. phoned in but very frustrating. agented wanted me to get someone to come to the location that had better cell reception
