Shawn Mthe back of the truck was dirty. we had to sweep before use. that being said the young lady that served us was very pleasant and helpful. if you are going to charge for clean up it should be clean when picked up. other than that no problems.

I would also like to give recognition to the UHaul employee in Whitby that assisted us in obtaining the roadside assistance.

NORM BThe only problem I seen was there was difficulty finding parking space for a 26 ft truck so I parked it sideways a cross several parking spots.

MORRIS Greturn process was complicated. location was closed at 2pm and i arrived at 2pm to return. little cell service in napanee so could not complete online process. phoned in but very frustrating. agented wanted me to get someone to come to the location that had better cell reception
