Vehicle was externally filthy. No info given or offered for operation of vehicle controls ie. Wipers, radio controls etc. Manager was very friendly.

MORRIS Greturn process was complicated. location was closed at 2pm and i arrived at 2pm to return. little cell service in napanee so could not complete online process. phoned in but very frustrating. agented wanted me to get someone to come to the location that had better cell reception
