This moving experience was outstanding! From the friendly/helpful counter lady at Fort Myers to the final stop at Freddie Duncan which had 3 trailers waiting for me each day. SO friendly and accommodating! Highly Highly recommend! Thank you!

There were several miscommunications on the side of U-haul in Elmira Heights, NY. I live 30 miles away from that office, and had to drive down there 4 times to make corrections and reaffirm all of my moving plans with them. The manager, Emily, at that location is a waste for your company. Every time I walked in the door, she disappeared, or left. She confirmed certain arrangements with me twice, and then they never came through the way she said they would. Ryan at that location was awesome and should be manager. He handled EVERYTHING for me and deserves a medal. The "Moving It" company was awesome when they delivered my U-boxes to my address and helped unload everything. They were very polite, efficient and asked questions. Very strong men and I will be hiring them again. Thank you Jalen and Cody.

My experience was not good from the start. Communication between locations was poor. It took multiple phone calls to get my belongings. Numerous people I spoke to regarding my delivery of belongings stated that they needed to talk to their manager because they didn't know how to do something. Overall, not a good experience. I would not recommend it.

When I turned in the truck in Gainsborough tn. I made multiple calls to Baillie liquidation and could never get them to answer the door nor my calls so I left the truck and key was put in the night deposit box. At 8:00 am on Friday morning.

Had a great experience here. It was so helpful to be able to pull all the way into the place and unload during the rain And be covered. They also had carts available that made transporting easy. Staff was incredibly friendly. Excellent experience.

The uhaul app wouldn't work to return the trailer. It couldn't find the location and the location permission was enabled. I had to call the dealer later to return it.

This is a multi-generational, family owned business. Fantastic people to work with who have great character and exceptional values. We utilized their facilities for storage over an 8-year span. They were easy to work with, accommodating, and extremely customer-oriented. Given the world that we live in today, when it comes to business, you often just don't know what you're going to get, if it's going to be fair, and/or if you're dealing with someone that you can really trust. The Duncans conduct business in one way and one way only, which is with complete integrity. They are trustworthy, and are all about taking care of people. That is not only a tremendous asset, but that speaks major volumes in today's business world. We would like to extend our utmost gratitude and appreciation to the entire Duncans Team!! Thank you!!

The delivery location U-haul did not have adequate staffing to allow us to load our box at the appointed time. We had to wait on-site for a total of 6 hours before we could load the box.

Had an issue where the forklift at the facility, could not lift one of my U-Boxes onto the trailer, had to go to the facility and transfer all of the contents from the U-box that couldn't be lifted to a U-Box that was already on a trailer, very inconvenient.

The app has some major issues, when you try to log in and verify you send a 6 digit code, when you enter the code it says can’t recognize because it in the wrong format. This happened every time I tried the app.

I used for 24 hours. I have several charges on my card 90.24, 90.24, 134.00, and a 33.00 . I even filled the gas back to where it started why am I charged almost 400.00 for 24 hours? The lady at the front desk was HORRIBLE!!! SHE HAD NO INFORMATION ABOUT ANYTHING !!! THERE WAS THE LADY IN THE OTHER ROOM THAT WAS HER ECHO AND WOULDNT GET OFF HER BUTT TO TALK TO US! UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK THATS OWED!!! I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED ALL THIS BS. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS LOCATION IF ANY

The price they gave me was an estimate of $41.44 but U-Haul took it on themself to add a $75 deposit that I was told I would not be charged if I use a card if I use cash that they were going to charge me $100 so I done it the way they tell me to I should have had no more than 41.44 pending on my account. However within 30 minutes after I left there U-Haul had deducted 11644 from my account I'm very unhappy with that and as of right this moment it still has not been resolved

Again, this review is biased. It only includes you to review the LOCATIONS where you pick up or drop off the rental. It does not actually allow you to review U-HAUL itself. Good thing. Or they would have received POOR ratings across the board.

Customer service is really bad, I had the worst experience with U-haul. They don’t seems to act like people, no one said anything that I can trust or properly solved my issues, one said it’s delivered to home and someone said no they don’t deliver it to home, sometimes said it’s arrived and then scheduled a self delivery and then when I called to the storage it’s not ready. They don’t have proper communication or connections every one act worse than a kindergartener. Everyone passing to someone else when call or just hang up the call couple times I called to get this done. Someone said it’s ready but someone said no very irresponsible, unbelievably untrustworthy. Will needed to complain but not sure what place I should complain about The Whole story.

Ten months ago, Duncan transported our possessions from Arkansas and placed them in climate controlled for ten months. This week, they moved our possessions into our new home in Cookeville. We have been 100% pleased with Duncan’s Climate Control. They were thoughtful, helpful, professional and friendly in all of our encounters with them. Today, when our possessions were moved into our house, we we’re impressed by the way EVERYTHING was in great shape. I am very pleased to give them an unqualified recommendation to anyone who has moving or storage needs.

Duncan Storage is a RARE commodity! It packed my furnishings, stored it for about 6 months and, lastly, loaded it into a UHAUL truck! I could not ask for a better experience! BRAVO! FANTASTIC!
