BRANDON WWhen I got the total to pay it shows it should be $97.00 for what I purchased but when I paid the total was $119.00 not sure if that was before taxes or whatnot but it would be nice to be more clear for the whole pricing. Other than that the service was quick and the equipment/truck was totally clean. Thanks for help u haul!

jack rFirst time I rented a U-haul. I did it online with my phone. To my surprise, it was easy. The truck was 26’ and was easy to drive. I actually enjoyed driving it. The truck was big enough to pack everything in it and had a ramp, so everyone went in and out easily. Drop off was online and convenient as well. Thanks U-Haul, for making my first time a pleasant and easy experience!

Anthony AThe guy was not even at the location when I got to there at my pickup time. I was sent to a bowling alley over 45 minutes away. I had to use one of the bowling alleys employee phone to talk to guy. The guy told me that my card couldn't be ran for under $100.00 and I was told by a U-haul employee before I went to the pickup location that I'd just have to pay the rental fee upfront.. The guy on the phone at the bowling alley said if my card didn't go thru he would just run 9t thru the bowling alleys system. This is not ok with me at all now I'm seeing I was charges for so called optional extras like your insurance and other optional fees. I was never asked if I wanted these but was charged over $60.00 additional that I didn't authorize. I would like my unauthorized funds put back in my acct. Then when I went to use the app to return the u-haul at the designated location I had to end up calling U-haul customer service bc the guy at return location was not there once again. This was avery poor customer service experience and I am definitely not happy with the service I was given.

James AI have rented from here before with no issues... this weekend I rented, went to pick up truck, it was set for 0930 pick up and it wasnt ready til 1115... it had a 1/4 tank of gas... and the front wasnt clean... I returned it 3hr early, clean, and a 1/4 tank of gas... and they charged me for gas... Absolutely ridiculous... I sent email and have not heard back

daniel jOrdered pickup in advance across the street and last minute it was changed to pickup 51 minutes away. Was told not to worry they will comp the miles like it was some big favor to me, gee thanks. Actual pick up location and owner were great, uhaul itself not so much. Will use competitors in the future.
Steven SDidn't go into the bowling alley because it was closed but dropoff in the key box and parking was straightforward and simple.
ryan eUhaul changed my rental from a 20’ truck to a 26’truck and changed the location pickup from 10 minutes from my house to 40 minutes. Not Durbin Bowls issues . It’s Hodges Auto care who rented my truck out from me. Very inconvenient. Received call 4 hours before I was supposed to pick up that I didn’t have a truck. Only option I was given was a piece of garbage. Truck I received leaked oil or something on my driveway. Check engine light was on and it sucked in gas. Will think hard before I use UHaul again.
Douglas MGas wasn’t at 3/4 when I got it, it wouldn’t let me dispute how much gas it had during pick up procedure online, it was under the 3/4 mark, those have very big tanks and that’s probably a 10$ difference with the gas prices these days.

michael pWhen I picked up the auto transport trailer and drove onto the highway, there was a serious vibration as soon as I reached 50 mph. I didn't even travel 50 miles before one of the tires had a severe blow out.
robert mI dropped my truck off at Durbin Bowl. The personal was friendly and had no issues with the return.
MARVIN Sthe steering on the truck was very shaky and jerky at early speeds up to 40 mph. the truck needs to be serviced for tires or front end alignment. the truck is definitely unsafe to drive on long trip.
kirk mThe automated/on-line pick up feature did not function. However, the owner came as quickly as possible to manually take the info and get us on our way.

manda tClean the truck. Check the truck in right away and provide a receipt. I requested pick up in Aurora Indiana. I was wondering n firmed I would have to go to Lawrenceburg. Round trip 9.7 miles longer. I ask for an adjustment and the man Gary told me he didn't have any power to provide me with an adjustment. I will be renting a larger truck with in 2 to 4 weeks in the future. Not sure what I am going to do. I have used u haul in different states for different reasons.

dave eIt was hard to tell this was a business and/or drop off location...no signs or anything.
Steve CTruck smelled of dogs. Dog hair had to be swept out of the back of the truck. Had to spray Lysol and air freshener extensively to get the stick out in order to load furniture and other household items.
Dennis EFirst you let me schedule the trailer at a place before it was even open so I had to wait an hour in the parking lot until it showed up. The trailer had kool-aid or something sticky all spilled inside. I was supposed to get a furniture dolly that I never got, talked to customer service and said I wouldn’t be charged, but still was. Called again and was supposed to hear back from U-haul but they never contacted me.
Eric Ltried to change my drop off location at time of pick up, was told that was no problem, and there would not be any extra charge, then after I dropped off equipment, was told the next day I would be charged double
