JASON WThe driver-side floorboard had some dried mud, but given the local conditions, that’s to be expected. The plywood floor in the cargo area was dry and clear of debris, though about half the surface was stained in a way that made it look wet. Otherwise, the truck was in excellent condition—it ran and drove well, and the exterior was very clean. I’m giving this 4 stars only because the numbers on the key lockbox are starting to fade. I actually had to find a legible number and count over to find the right combination. Some fresh paint on those dials would make the check-in process much smoother
Stephen TDoors locked during normal business hours. No one to around to speak to. Luckily, the app worked fine for the drop-off.
