i don't see the rundberg austin location to give a review..manor was good, but initially made reservations a month in advance to rent uhaul truck, and trailer.they had my dates wrong, then the corrected it, i was supposed to pick up at rundberg at 7am , but when i got there they said your truck is 30 miles away in manor texas, he was rude, so went to manor, and they didnt open until after 10;30 am, then had to drive back 30 miles to my home, we were running about 6 hrs behind, causing me to stay an extra night at a hotel costing me an additional 70 dollars..very disatisfied with uhaul..although staff at manor was very understanding, and really loved the staff at west view,pa drop off, and storage.Josh was awesome!!!RAYMOND S.

Location called me and said they could not be there when I was supposed to get the trailer. Had to wait an extra hour for pick up. Then when I arrived the woman stood there and pointed to the trailer I was getting. I had to move the trailer, hook it up and secure the chains and lights while she just stood there. She never asked for an ID or provided any contracts or paperwork. I asked and she stated it would be emailed to me. I finally received them about an hour and 45 minutes later. Worst customer service ever, very disappointed.John G.
The location and customer service was fine. However, due to system failure they did not have my reservation in the system at first which caused me to wait about an hour after my reservation.Marcus G.
The office smelled like dog. I could hardly stand to be in there. She couldn't get the lick off the truck because she didn't know the combination. Finally after trying for 20 minutes she cut the lock off. This is Texas and she left my husband standing in the hot sun the whole time. Then the truck didn't even have a full tank of gas. It is not clear at what time the padlock has to be dropped off. The note didn't say whether to drop it off before taking the truck or after returning it. They was the only confusion I had at the beginning.Wendy A.

The staff was very friendly, but the place was not very professional looking and the truck was extremely dirty. I thought it was going to be a self-serve checkout, but we were told we had to go into the office to get the key. The person who helped us did not do a walkthrough with us of the truck.Joe L.

The original location we selected in Manor would not take the trailer. When we arrived, they said they only take trucks not trailers. We mentioned that this wasn't on their website or on the uhaul site, and they acknowledged it but didn't offer any apologies or offer to help find another location. I would give this location less than poor for a rating!James H.

I had to wait 45 min for someone to show up. I was told after the third time I called them they tol me the had a recovery. They Should've told me about the recovery so We could have reschedule the pick up time.James N.

My pick up time was for 7am. Instead of being able to check in and pick up, I hand to wait and hour to get my credentials checked. Which I had submited the night prior. All pre-authorizations should be completed before my pick up time. The error was on U-haul, not the locations owner.Adam J.
UHaul needs to do more research on who is running the rental sites. Because when you have 80 year old disabled people, that can barely walk yet alone get the equipment that has been rented such as dollies, moving blankets etc. just because they can running a computer to get the reservation done don't mean they are able to do the rest of the job.Paul T.
The owner and the operating manager were some of the kindest folks in town. I was able to get the tlcorrext size trailer and returning it was a breeze! I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.Jason B.

Everything went well until they charged us an addition amount for I'm assuming for cleaning the truck. This makes no sense to me because we swept it out and it was clean!! So why are you charging us?dennis K.
