The place we picked up the truck at was literally in someone’s kitchen/house. The truck was dirty, and smelt like cigarettes inside. The truck was dirty in the back of it.. windshield blade was hanging out… The drop off location the man, couldn’t speak any English, plus there was a mix up in the drop off location.

AMY MThe rental location was in a busy location on 290 in Travis County Texas. I would not recommend using if it is the first U-Haul experience. I had to have the hitch ball and electric hookups already on my car. The attendant was very helpful in hitching up the trailer and the trailer was clean with new tires. I have used U-Haul in the past with my vehicle so I came prepared.
