I paid for a trailer one-way from Ohio to Georgia. They did not ask where I was taking the trailer in Georgia. They only asked for my drivers license. Then I was billed additional fees when taken to the U-haul location in Madison??? I was never informed of this and was never asked where the trailer was going to be returned to. THEY ASSUMED BASED ON MY LICENSE.

I had to register 3 times to get a truck, one online, one on the phone, and in person. Masks are required in this business but the employees did not wear them.

U-Haul, in general, encourages you to complete online check in and then you have to check in again once you get to the location. Doesn't seem to make any sense. I suggest you clean that up as it is frustrating to spend time doing this twice.

I had an extremely negative experience at this location. I was greeted with "you are late". I had scheduled for 12:30 and the representative said I put down 9 and I know I didn't. It must have defaulted back to 9.He was angry the whole time and kept on slamming things down, didn't explain the contract to my satisfaction and just said that I have to sign it or you don't get any truck. The truck itself was dirty in the cab and needed a suspension fix because the whole trip over a hundred miles was extremely bumpy and noisy.what is a noisy I'm not referring to the ramp rattling it was the suspension.The blankets that they gave me were partially wet and oily and I couldn't use them properly. I tried calling them on the phone but they wouldn't answer and I had to get my work done with the truck. There is nobody there when I got back to tell this to. The last time I rented from a U-Haul the location I had perfect experience, everybody was nice, the truck was clean and that's why I chose U-Haul again. I would like somebody from U-Haul to contact me through email.

There is no drop off box for keys. I had checked truck in on memorial day. But had to go in as soon as they opened the next day. Just in case there was another customer renting same truck.

I have used Dynahoe a few times, they maintain their store and their equipment well. They follow the uhaul requirements on uhaul equipment.

The only issue with my experience is related to U-Haul.com website. The site should not allow you to reserve equipment that a U-Haul location doesnt have. This resulted in extra time and money driving to alternate rental location.

Dynahoe equip where i picked it up was excellent BUT u-haul itself was a piss poor set-up. Said doing the Share 24/7 system would be a breeze, no waiting etc.....the system DOES NOT work at all. Had to wait AND check in with guy AT DYNAHOE. Dont believe U-hauls SHARE 24/7 easy check in........NO !!!!!

Was not at all satisfied with my uhaul experience was my first time using uhaul company and probably my last. Put in online reservation for a truck in Chillicothe on Sunday June 9 get message on Saturday June 8 I have to drive all the way to piketon to pick up uhaul truck I told them no so I had to wait until Monday and still had to drive to circleville to pick up truck I just don't get why you do reservations if you can't meet peoples needs. Also the truck I was given acted like it didn't wanna shift was jerking and was super scary trying to drive on 60 mph highway was just overly disappointed in the fact you pay 150 for a truck for 24 hours and so many issues won't be using uhaul again my scores had nothing to do with the gentleman I picked the truck up at in circleville because he was a sweetie so don't hold this against him

I got a link with photos to show me the trailer I rented but the serial numbers and license plate did not match, I tried to upload photos of the trailer I rented but the link expired, I told the Gentleman at Dynahoe and he was very concerned . Overall a good day picking up and returning.

Bill was very helpful, the first time we needed to rent a truck was the very first time ever doing it and because of him and how well things went we decided to go back for the second time to rent a truck. He was helpful, down to earth nice guy, and easy to work with. Definitely will go back again if needing to rent a truck again in the near future.

Have what they reserved and communication where drop off is. Cause I asked and was told that it was switched to one way so it would save me miles. I really thought I was getting a good deal but got screwed all the way around so far. Was told it charged me 112 but it was 128 something. then I filled it back up 40 dollars and returned it to chillicothe where I had originally reserved it. Then charged me 141 something again. The only reason I even picked the truck up in circleville Ohio was because no one had a big enough truck in chillicothe Ohio. And you changed my vehicle and reservation location. So why do I need to reserve something if I don't get what I need. The hitch you had on the truck was one size too small for my trailer that I have. So totally useless. Reserving a uhaul. Not a happy repeat customer for me this time.

Service at the location was slow. Didn't have the appliance dolly I ordered. Called traffic to get one, got sent to another place that didn't have one. While I may have gotten my $50 reservation guarantee, not having the appliance dolly was ridiculously inconvenient and doubled the amount time it took to move.

Make sure reservation system matches main UHaul system so customers don't have to call the corporate office to get what what reserved and told was fine to rent. I didn't encounter any problems with the tow and made it to my destination just fine! Thanks to the clerk for his concern.

We rented an auto transport and because we returned the equipment after hours, we called U-haul and were told that we had to buy a chain and lock to secure the trailer and to drop the lock key in the key deposit box. We spent approximately $20 ($19 and some change) for the additional equipment. We would like the money refunded to us for this expense.
