Kayla HI had a great first time experience. All parties were very helpful especially Summerfield. I had problems with my connections and they assisted me and informed me on what to do. I got it fixed and I got the trailer out the same day.
CERINA BVehicle was extremely dirty inside and out. Vehicle had a loud ticking coming from the glove box. Was checked by employee who said he didn’t know what it was, but it should be fine.

Lisa CThe gentleman at the location was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable and I was quickly on my way. The problem was all the uhaul contacts wanting me to fill stuff out and the web sites didn’t even work. I tried to reserve a similar truck weeks ago and I received a call telling me I had to go out of town to get the same truck I just looked at. The local uhaul location isn’t a problem but everything else uhaul has got going on is a joke. Since my experience, I’ve talked to several other people who have had the same ridiculous experience.
