MARCOS GReserved a trailer with the expectation of going to an actual U-Haul in Riverside after paying for it online. Received a call and said I had to pick it up from this location, which was a self-storage place 10 miles farther out. Did the online check in to save time, but upon arrival had to give them all my information anyways so the online check in was a waste of time. They only have one girl working there and to wait a long time for her to finish with a customer picking up a truck. I will only rent again if I am picking it up from an actual U-Haul location.

Paul SThis was not my pickup location, my location changed twice the day of the move, had to drive an extra 80 miles just to get truck and take to house to move, THEN YOU DID NOT HAVE MY APPLIANCE DOLLY WHICH MADE MY MOVE VERY DIFFICULT CONSIDERING MY FIANCÉ IS SICK. I believe I was CHARGED FOR A DOLLY I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE!

Matthew Tdue to low staff, my rental time was pushed back 1 whole hour. with the delay my whole time schedule had to be adjusted and in turn made for a very stressful and hectic experience. even with no contact, i still had to wait on staff. next no contact should be that.

Esteban GThere was no ramp in the truck. The photos made it appear that a ramp would be included. We were in trouble when we opened up the Uhaul and found no ramp and then had to figure out how to get the refrigerator into the truck with no ramp. yikes. Also the self-serve vehicle pick-up app was glitching. It was telling me I wasn't eligible even though I had a reservation for 8:30pm. Luckily I called and someone picked up right away. They were able to guide me past the glitch.

Parsa SCargo van needed interior dusting and wipe down of surfaces and cubby holes. Had a bad smell of damp wet dog. Pet hair covered both seats. Febreze and lysol didn't help improve the smell.

Hector HUhaul policy states they are not responsible for over filling fuel. They should then provide vehicles with accurate fuel gauges. In my personal experience, I drove 15 miles. The gauge read F. I thought since I had driven the miles I should put some fuel in the tank. It took almost 4 gallons. This is not acceptable.

Patricia RTerrible experience!!! ... Picked up the truck for a long distance move (50+miles) and was almost out of gas. Then once my hired movers had loaded the truck the cables for the door broke and it took the tech close to 2 hours to fix (which cost me another $120 in moving labor) andthen just ended up cutting the cables which made the door hard to operate and mildly unsafe... Explained my frustration to the Rep over the phone and wasn't even offered any kind of discount or anything for my HUGE inconvenience... Live and learn I guess, last time I use U-haul
