Johnnie HYou could go out of business. Your vendor ripped me off knowing I needed a covered unit and I was running late because of unforseen delays. I only needed one day and very reluctantly paid for two because this unscrupulous vendor wouldn't rent for one day, and I had the darn unit unloaded by 8AM the next morning. Hopefully I'll never use uhaul again.

EDWARD Nonly problem was Phone service weak difficulty in using the app
Gene CPicked the car dolly up right before store closed 8:45 pm. Was going to pick up car, but the right light on the dolly wasn’t working and the lighting was faulty. Couldn’t return due to them being closed. Returned next day to a Bristol location -the lady at Ezmart said there wouldn’t be any extra charge to drop off in Bristol. When it was returned we were charged 147.42 for it being dropped off at wrong location.

Jeffrey AVery rude. They did not want to accept my return. They said they were too full and too busy. They wanted me to take it to another location. I refused and they got mad.
Kevin RPamphlet says 24/7 pickup and return. The process to return was great. Walked me step by step. Trailer difficult to park so I did best I could. Lots of neon lighting. Returned at 1100 at night so no one there.
Lisa ZWhen I went in to drop off the trailer I ask told the lady I told the people where I hit the trailer I only need it few hours or one day but was charged for two days. She said she didn’t know what to do but it would all come in an email. Like I said charged for two days only needing for one day and probably will not see a refund.

Dale SThe uhaul trailer I used was great. However, I requested a dolly which was not available and still charged for the dolly.
Benjamin BLady who worked there said she didn’t know where we should park truck. That’s not our problem. She also didn’t know how to check truck in but said she’d figure it out.

Charlotte CI'll never use uhaul again in my life took money for a trailer I didn't Reserve I guess I was giving a different trailer and never was told that it was different and they charged me more money than what they quoted me on the phone so they took money out of my bank account that I didn't even know about never again would I use U-Haul again
