Brinda FNo help was provided from staff upon arrival. After performing and completing self checkout an unidentified person approached me and said there was no room for the 4x8 trailer and I couldn’t unhook. She called someone from U-Haul who was helpful and said that they would take other trucks away to make room. The staff member at the location was rude curt and provided no assistance or customer service
michael sThe pickup location was horrendous. The attendant refused to help in any way. I had to get cutsomer service on the line to get any help. The attendant refused to give me the key even after I was checked in online with cust serv on the line until she made calls to someone. She barely spoke English and was rude. The drop off location was extremely professional helpful and kind as always. Next time I need a truck I’ll look at competitors.
SCOTT HAsked me if I could take it somewhere else. Had to back it up a hill with no help. Would not make me a receipt. I called u-haul twice and was told it was okay that they waited several days to check it in
