I’ve had good experiences with u-haul at other times but not this one. First I was sent on a wild goose chase costing me the better part of two hours going from one pickup location to another to find the equipment that was reserved and supposedly guaranteed to be available. I drove over 50 miles back in forth until finally getting the dolly. The location I wound up picking up the dolly was a convenience store where I got little help from the store clerk including her waiting on every other customer in the store before she would help me. She handed me her phone where the entire transaction was handled over the phone with a gentleman I could barely understand. All and all it was an extremely poor situation. I think I should receive my money back because of how this was handled.

I reserved 2 Uhaul 6x12 trailers from this location. I got there to pick them up and the lady kept repeating she only had one. i asked what I was supposed to do or if she had any way of contacting another UHaul to get the other trailer I reserved but she did not offer any assistance. She just said "you can take the one, but i don't have another." I checked the UHaul and uploaded all documents myself. She offered no assistance with checking the UHaul or helping us locate the correct UHaul or making sure it was attached correctly to the vehicle. She was on the phone the entire interaction. Unhelpful.

Dane IAbingdon location needs to close down. No one speaks English and were not helpful. Took 40 minutes to pick up rental because of their confusion. Worst pick up experience using uhaul. Had to call their boss multiple times because they didn’t know how to check me in for key. Told me to wait around until their boss called back even us being on a strict schedule.
BRADAN SClean the vehicle before someone comes t o pick it up.
